As the on-site registration team for a dynamic event, we had the exciting challenge of setting up registration across three key locations : the hotel, the convention center and even the baseball field!

Navigating multiple venues meant ensuring a seamless check-in process from start to finish, no matter where our guests were. Thanks to our diligent planning and coordination, attendees moved smoothly between locations, enjoying every moment without a hitch🙌

And the highlight was an unforgettable closing party concert by The Goo Goo Dolls! It was a full-on festival vibe across Greenville and we were thrilled to be at the heart of it, ensuring everyone was registered, happy and ready to have fun.
