up the 2024 December 100 mile challenge. Our merry band of exercise enthusiasts has logged over 2600 miles! Marcy Beard is crushing it but there’s still time to catch her 😂

It is just about 10 weeks until the 2nd Caney Puzzler Adventure Race in Minden, Louisiana. This is a beautiful area of the country to race. Visit the Too Cool Racing website (www.toocoolracing.com) to get sign up. Race Registrations make a great last minute Christmas gift.

Just a reminder that registration fees go up at midnight on December 31st, so don't drag your feet!

100 Mile Challenge!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with family, friends, and delicious food. The holidays are upon us which means it is time for our annual 100 mile challenge. Need a little motivation during the holidays? We got you. Want a little friendly competition during the holidays? We got you.

Here's how it works:
-The challenge is open & free, to everyone, anywhere.
-Beginning December 1st and ending December 31st log all your running/walking, biking and swimming/paddling miles.
-3 bike miles = 1 run mile, 2 swim/paddle miles= 1 run mile. The 100 mile total is based on equivalent run miles.
-Everyone who participates and logs 100 miles or more will earn the coveted TCR 100 mile sticker (free)
-Everyone who participates and logs 100 miles or more will earn the coveted 100 mile pint glass (small shipping fee required)

We are stoked to start the challenge. See ya' on the trails, on/in the water, in the gym etc!

9 days, 5-14ers, cheering on our pal Keith at the Leadville 100, Yale 360, Interlaken 1/2 marathon (we made that one up), Lost Man
Orienteering Meet, 2 rest days, tears (me mostly), belly laughs, pizza and so many memories! Thanks and JB for entertaining my shenanigans and Art for joining the fun!
