Collectors Events Unlimited puts on two Hot Wheels collectors shows per year. The nationals is held in the Spring in the mid west /south/east coast. The Convention is held in the Fall in the Southern California area

Hello All,

It has been brought to our attention, that someone or more, are offering Dinner Tickets for sale, somewhere on the internet...

Please be aware... THIS IS NOT REAL...

The only place to purchase a dinner ticket for the Nationals is through our Website... And as you all know, they are SOLD OUT...

If you've purchased dinner tickets and are unable to attend, you HAVE TO CONTACT US - [email protected] - we will either refund you or transfer your tickets to someone else...

If you do purchase dinner tickets from someone "out there" you need to let us know ASAP, so we can verify it's legitimacy or not...

We are working diligently to get all orders entered properly... If you have not yet sent over your break down for the dinner tickets... You will end up with exactly what is on your ticket...

Please don't ask us to confirm that we "received" your order - you have your PayPal receipt this shows YES WE HAVE! The more emails we get to "check on" something right now, does slow down the process.. and as you all know, we are "old school" and our process is already slow... But, it works for us...

Everyone should have their event confirmation within 2 weeks, after the sale...

Hello All,
Hope you all had a great Holiday...

We are currently emailing the confirmations for Dec. 19... Hope to have all of them out in the next two or three days...

Some info for EVERYONE...

We will send an email on Jan 6, that will contain the live link for the Hotel. You will be able to go on and make your own reservations. ALL ROOMS ARE FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!!!!!! There is NO GUARANTEE that you will get a room at the host hotel. If necessary, we will set up one overflow hotel.

Next, there was an error in some of the confirmation letters sent out for the Dec 4 sale... The add-on sale is Tuesday, January 7 (not January 19... Sorry about that) If you plan to purchase Charity events, PLEASE make sure you READ the forms before mailing them.... The mailing address has changed. If you mail things to the wrong address, it will delay your purchase...

We want to thank you for your continuing support for the Hot Wheels Convention and Hot Wheels Nationals....

Hello All,

The first group of confirmation letters have been emailed. So the hotel name is out there. IF YOU'VE READ THE LETTER!!!!! you are also aware that the room reservation information will be emailed to all ticketed people during the last week of December.

If you decide to make a reservation now, you WILL NOT GET OUR DISCOUNTED RATE and we will NOT TRANSFER you into our block of rooms at a later date for the discount.

The next ticket sale is December 19, 9am pacific time...

If you have never used them...bidding and winning at the auction is a great time to try them ... with the added bonus of helping the kids! If you have used....you know the quality of the product and the ease of storing your much treasured collectibles!
