🏈 Super Bowl, Service, and Great Food! 🇺🇸

There’s nothing like watching the Super Bowl with our troops, and this year’s celebration was one for the books!

Thanks to the USO, we made sure our service members had a gameday experience filled with camaraderie, excitement, and, of course, amazing food!

Our game day feast featured pulled pork, sausage, whole roasted chicken, turkey, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, a full salad bar, and some truly delicious Super Bowl-themed desserts—because no big game is complete without great eats!

While the game brought plenty of cheers (and some heartbreak), we’ve got to give a special shoutout to Chef Ruben Rodriguez-Santos, who was rooting for the Chiefs—better luck next year! 😅

A huge thank you to everyone who made this event possible and to our troops for all they do. No matter which team you cheered for, we all won by coming together for a night of fun, food, and fellowship!

We’re excited to introduce Curt Breuklander as the newest member of our team! Curt brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives, and we can’t wait to see the impact he’ll make.

Curt has been in the food service industry for over 30 years, developing, implementing, and operating several disaster companies and restaurant/catering companies throughout the USA.

He attributes his success to developing teams who love to serve others professionally, with kindness and gratitude.

Curt's role will be Senior Project Manager. He will oversee QA, R&D, and Team Building.

Curt enjoys spending time in the outdoors, hunting and fishing and spending time with his family.

There’s nothing quite like coming together over a good meal, and when that meal is shared with the brave men and women who serve our country, it becomes even more special.

Today, we had the privilege of hosting a BBQ for our soldiers—a small token of appreciation for their dedication, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to protecting our freedoms.

The menu was nothing short of a feast! We served up:
🍖 Slow-smoked brisket – tender and full of flavor
🍗 Juicy chicken quarters – grilled to perfection
🌭 Savory sausage – with just the right amount of spice
🥣 Hearty beans – a BBQ must-have
🧀 Creamy macaroni and cheese – comfort food at its finest
🥬 Coleslaw & a fresh salad bar – for a crisp and refreshing touch
🍰 Tasty desserts – because no meal is complete without something sweet!

The smiles, the camaraderie, and the shared stories made it an unforgettable event. While no meal can ever fully express our gratitude, we hope it reminded them just how much their service means to all of us.

Today, we had the honor of preparing a mouthwatering feast for our troops, bringing a taste of home and gratitude to their table. 🎉

The main event? Chicken and beef fajitas sizzling hot, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. 🌮

🔥 Accompanied by all the classic trimmings:
✅ Creamy, rich guacamole
✅ Fresh and zesty pico de gallo
✅ Savory and hearty charro beans
✅ Spicy and tangy jalapeños

And we couldn’t forget dessert! The troops indulged in sweet, cinnamon-dusted churros to end the meal on a high note. 🍩✨

🎄🎅 MCM Christmas Party – A Celebration of Joy and Togetherness! 🎁✨
The festive season is here, and what better way to celebrate than with the much-anticipated MCM Christmas Party!

🌟 This year’s event was a magical blend of holiday cheer, delicious food, and warm company, making it a night to remember for all who attended.

From the moment guests arrived, the venue sparkled with holiday decorations, twinkling lights, and the joyful sounds of Christmas music. Everyone was dressed to impress, with many sporting festive gowns and accessories that added to the merriment.
🎶 Highlights of the Evening:
DJ Extravaganza: A talented DJ kept the party alive with an incredible mix of Christmas classics and energetic beats that got everyone dancing.

Christmas Feast: Guests indulged in a lavish holiday spread featuring Prime Rib, Jumbo Shrimp, Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus, and a variety of delectable desserts that delighted everyone’s taste buds.

Cookie Day!

It was a chilly December evening as Staff Sergeant Torres stepped into the mess hall, the weariness of his 12-hour shift still weighing heavily on his shoulders.

The room was alive with warmth and cheer, a stark contrast to the harshness of the cold night outside.

A makeshift Christmas station had been set up—folding tables adorned with bowls of colored icing, sprinkles, and freshly baked cookies waiting to be decorated.

Ben's squad leader nudged him. "C'mon, Torres. Make yourself a cookie. You’ve earned it."

He hesitated for a moment, feeling the weight of duty and the separation from his family back home.

But the smell of sugar and cinnamon drew him in.

Taking a seat, he picked up a plain cookie shaped like a Christmas tree and began spreading green icing with the precision of someone used to working with his hands.

As he added red and white sprinkles, memories of decorating cookies with his kids flooded back.

His youngest always made a mess, icing more of the table than the cookie, while his wife laughed and snapped pictures.

For a moment, the distance felt smaller, and he could almost hear their laughter.

When he finished, he held up his creation—a slightly lopsided tree with uneven sprinkles. It wasn’t perfect, but it was his. Taking a bite, he smiled, the sweetness mingling with a bittersweet ache in his chest.

For Ben, that cookie wasn’t just a treat. It was a reminder of home, a tiny piece of normalcy in a place where nothing ever felt normal. As he looked around at his fellow soldiers—some laughing, others lost in thought—he realized how much these small gestures mattered.

In that moment, the day's burdens felt lighter, and the spirit of the season, though thousands of miles from home, felt a little closer.

We recently partnered with Doodie Calls in service of the Army National Guard in Pinellas Park, FL in response to the .

We served over 500 soldiers 3 meals a day for 7 days.

At the end of the mission, we donated half a truckload of food to a local Florida shelter.
