What impressed me most about Frederick was not his talent or the gorgeous collection, but the beauty of his soul, that shone through with every interaction. Frederick is the kind of person who not only dresses real women but truly understands them. His kindness, warmth, and authenticity made it an absolute honor to work with him, and Iโm forever grateful for the opportunity.

With long hours, travel and not always being camera-ready, my social media has been a little quiet lately.
Have to share the amazing things we did in Nice for IRONMAN Triathlon World Championship soon, but this week I want to focus on the HollyRod DesignCare Gala Fundraiser and Fashion Show.
Was happy to receive a message from the founder that she was way more relaxed, less stressed and I really helped her get through everything.
I do a lot of energy work on myself to be able to navigate stressful events with more ease, but I also bring a few tricks in to create a better overall event.
For this one, I sprayed the entire audience or โhouseโ with magical soothing spray to clear the energy before.
I taught the tech team how to cut their cords and I worked on the founders daughter who was feeling off before the show.
I did not tell her at the time but today when I saw her we had a full discussion about the energy work I do and I mentioned that I did a little work on her.
She looked and me and said she thought she felt it, because at the end of the night she was feeling better.
I have used cord cutting in many situations โฆ
โขโ โ LED backlit logos were not working
โขโ โ Audio was cutting out
โขโ โ An LED panel hung in the air went out mid show
โขโ โ When a synthetic rink in a tent was not piecing together correctly during installation.
Wireless technology is not the only thing that can be affected by energy. I have cut cords for MCs, presenters and executives prior to them taking the stage and the end result is always a calmer, more grounded delivery.
The speeches from the honorees Saturday were all so much deeper, more impactful and inspiring this year. I cannot help but wonder whether the energy of the room had an impact.
One of my energy instructors once said, โBelieve it, it works. Donโt believe it, it still works.โ

Events are usually so busy that I rarely have time to think about capturing videos for social or testimonials, especially ones where we load in, execute and strike on the same day.

As a result, I have very few video testimonials but Zack and I had worked together on events for the Anaheim Ducks and when he walked in the room for this event, I knew everything would run smoothly.

As much as I appreciate his kind words, a show is never a one man person ... and your host or auctioneer (or in this case both) can either make or break it.
โ
At California Coast Auctions, Zack represents a lot of other highly trained and professional hosts / auctioneers and is amazing at finding the right personality and heart to help the organization raise the most money.
โ
This video was shot mid pandemic when everyone was scrambling to find ways to continue to serve their community and fundraise. It was an excellent example of a hybrid event where McNally Enterprises livestreamed from inside our makeshift studio and satellite cameras picked up in-person drive through festivities.
โ
(It was so successful that you can hear the excitement and celebration of the organizers in the background.)
โ
At that point, I realized that pandemic or no pandemic, hybrid events provide an excellent opportunity to expand your reach and include donors that may not otherwise be able to attend.
โ
So I rewrote the Event Plan Like a Rock Star manual to include not only live events, but virtual and hybrid as well.

Yesterday I mentioned that I recently recorded a speaker demo reel in Atlanta.

One of the challenges I have had the past few years is that marketing experts suggest that you have to have a niche and really zero in on the people you are helping.

I have resisted that for so long because with Energy Masteryยฎ work, you truly can help so many people with so many things.

After years of coaches saying the same thing over and over, I finally agreed to focus on helping stressed out event professionals master their energy to enjoy more ease, grace and joy in their lives, allowing them to spend more quality time with loved ones (including themselves).

Just after taking my first class, my father suffered a stroke. We rushed him to the hospital and had to almost carry him into the ER.

We checked him in and he was slumped over in a wheelchair and I decided I had to at least try to do something. After approximately 15 minutes, he stood straight up and walked unassisted to the vending machine to see what there was to eat.
