About Us
JamQueen Conscious Catering is the passion of myself, Debbie Russell, to bring my love of making and sharing beautiful food together with my quest for a less wasteful lifestyle. Myself and my team have pledged to make ‘conscious’ choices when designing and running our events, so we’ll use local suppliers and support local businesses, recycle our waste properly, minimise our food waste, and compost what we can on our allotment. Throughout the growing season we incorporate our homegrown veggies too, so look out for our incredible carrot top pesto and our wonderful rainbow beets roasted and tossed lovingly into a Summer salad :)
