An Elegant Engagement Party. The menu was Italian inspired with an assortment of decadent salads that included roasted creamed corn, shaved truffles and crab & fresh figs, Parmesan roasted baby pears and prosciutto & Baby arugula, crispy pancetta goat cheese and candied walnuts and of course a classic Buffalo mozzarella and heirloom tomato salad and brick oven pizzas to start. There was so much attention to detail that went into creating this Dreamy Bridgeton Garden Party so let’s take a closer look at the Bar, The Savory Foods & Desserts 😍

The Food: We created an array of hors d'oeuvres which included Smoked Salmon in mini cucumber cups, steak tartare in hand made cannoli crisps, tuna tartare, crispy potato leek balls with gruyere cheese centers, crab cakes, mini truffle grilled cheese, Tempura Oysters & Artichoke Truffle Crostini which were passed around the garden by our elegant servers. This was followed by a four course sit down dinner that started with the Chefs seasonal harvest salad. Guests then got to choose between our truffle mushroom ravioli with pan seared wild mushrooms and porcini cream sauce & our pumpkin ravioli tossed in Sage brown butter with micro herbs, pomegranate and shaved Parmesan. The third course was grilled fillet Mignon with Parmesan crusted asparagus & chimichuri.
