York Ski Club A Club for All Seasons: We are skiers and snowboarders in the York area. We meet on the 3rd Tues. of every month between September and March.

Check the newsletter (available on website) for time and location. Going Downhill since September 22, 1975 We meet monthly over the winter, as well as other activities throghout the year. We organize affordable trips to various destinations throughout the winter, from one-day excursions to week-long adventures.

YSC PICNIC

Our major summer event, which is sponsored by Susie and Mike Mummert (check your email for address).

The property has a very large pavilion with tables, in-ground swimming pool, outside kitchen with grills, indoor bathroom and plenty of room to accommodate our event. The Picnic starts at noon and food will begin being served at 1pm.

YSC will provide the meats, rolls, ice tea, lemonade along with table ware. Members and guests are asked to bring a covered dish to share. Don’t forget your chairs, swimsuit, towels, favorite yard game and beverages of choice (BYOB).

Trip information and signup applications will be available. Discounted renewal memberships ($5 discount) will be accepted. Bring your check book…and sunscreen!

The York Ski Club meeting will be held this Tuesday at 6:00pm, November 15th at Parma Pizza and Subs at 1041 Haines road, right next to Uller's Ski Shop. Bring a friend and come socialize. Feel free to bring your own alcoholic beverages to be consumed at Parma Pizza. Please note that Food and Drink are not permitted inside the Ski Shop. The first pizzas are scheduled to be ready between 6:15 - 6:30.

At 7:30, after we eat and drink, we will walk next door to Uller's Outdoor and get educated on the newest equipment to arrive at the shop. The shop will be open for York Ski Club members and guests only. There will be no boot fitting during this private showing.

The York Ski Club, in cooperation with Uller's Outdoor, is sponsoring the newest Warren Miller Film "Daymaker". Please join us on Thursday, December 8th at 7:00pm in The Capitol Theater at The Appell Center in downtown York. Tickets are available now through the Appell Center website and all York Ski Club members receive a discounted ticket with the promo code from the last York Ski Club e-mail (sent 11/12). We hope to see you there!

YORK SKI CLUB PICNIC will be held on August 28th at noon at Susie Mummert’s Family Property (where we have held the last 2 picnics). Check the Newsletter for more information.

Food will be served at 1pm with club providing chicken, burgers, hotdogs and the fixings. We ask you to bring a covered dish to share. BYOB. The club will provide water and iced tea. There is a swimming pool on site so bring your suits!

This is a rain-or-shine event. In case of rain we will meet under a wonderful pavilion.

Park in the field under the powerline and bring a lawn chair.
