This is a longer post than normal and something i normally wouldn't do.

I am coming to you today to ask for help for a family that's has supported me in my business since the first event I did. I am raising funds to help them out so they keep their place. The mom/wife in this family is one of the hardest working women I know between raising a family, running her own business, working a full time job and taking care of her husband who has to have heart surgery at a young age. I know it is the holidays and that finances are tight for everyone, but if you are able to help out, even just a few dollars, I know it will mean alot to this family. 100% of what I raise will go to the family. I will leave ways you can support them below. If you can't help financially. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Edit: due to an amazing concert on the 28th at Driftwood with Tequila Ridge, we are pushing the 90s night to November, and I will be taking October off from Driftwood. Looking forward to November as we are going to kick off the holidays 90s style!

My November date at The Driftwood on November 18th is going to be a 90s dance party! Come out and listen to all the 90s music. This is going to be your chance to go back to your youth, play some pool, chill on the patio and I might have a few surpises lined up for that night, if things fall into place.

A few weeks ago I made a post about an announcement coming by the end of the month so today I'm making the announcement.

As of today, if you haven't paid your deposit to me, your date is fair game and no longer on hold. Also with that being said, I have very few spots open for this year still as I have chosen to cut back the amount of dates I do. I'm going to spend the summer and fall months working less and attempting to enjoy life, instead of working all the time.

If we have been the DJ at your event over the years and you have pictures or videos, we would love to have you share them on this post if you would like to. We are doing some improvements and one of those things is posting more pictures from events. While we are a very small staff, we aren't able to take as many pictures as we would like so that is why we are asking for your help. It doesn't matter how recent or old the pictures or videos are. Thank you for your help as we look to improve our transparency and experience for you.

In all the years that I have been doing this and as many years as Because I AM Photography, LLC have been in business, I can't believe this is the first wedding we have both been a part of together. Not only is she an amazing photographer, who happened to take some of my profile pictures, she's been a family friend for many years. If you need a photographer check her out and you won't be disappointed, but don't wait because she books up fast! On top of all of that, I can't wait to share this day with Kaylee Haught and Edgar Lumbreras today!

All weddings booked by the end of the year will be $700, normally it is $850 right now. Come January 1st our prices will increase, which will be announced when it gets closer to 2023. We have slowly increased our prices a little every year, but not near like we should of so due to that we will be doing our biggest increase ever due to the rising costs since 2020. We look forward to being your DJ for your weddings and events in 2023 and beyond in the Wichita area.
