Rob Roy Music Festival The festival has strong backing from the local community including the local council and Police.
Rob Roy Music Festival now in it's 3rd year is a great event primarily centred around live music, though last year saw the addition of various stalls offering massage, food products, crafts etc with this year hoping to have a full funfair also. The bands that play are mostly from the Kirkintilloch area, though last year saw bands from Glasgow who are more used to gigging in the City centre and further afield come and strutt their stuff so we hope that each year it will continue to grow.
