Hi we are Brenda and Rachael, owners of Turquoise tent events, here is a little bit about us. We have worked together, as volunteers, on many fundraising projects for our local schools over the past few years. We share the same ideals and work ethics, we love to support small local businesses and enjoy seeing people succeed in what they love to do. These shared interests brought us together and Turquoise Tent Event's was born.

Brenda is currently President of the school council, Brown owl and Sparks Leader at the local girl guides troop. She has 3 Young girls who keep her busy and has a full time job at Oliv Tasting room here in Niagara on The Lake and a part time position at the local Post Office. Brenda has many years experience in event planning and has completed professional courses to pursue her passion.

Rachael loves to get involved and volunteer at the local school where her two older children attend, taking a key role with the big fundraisers. She is a stay at home mom with an 11 month old daughter to keep her busy. Rachael found a passion for art 7 years ago when she became a stay at home mom and loves to paint, sew and craft in her spare time. She also loves to attend vendor shows as a vendor, showcasing her art. Rachael has many years experience organizing events and a business degree from the University of Wales, a passion for design and is currently studying interior design.

We both have a passion for event planning, volunteering and being a positive part of our community. We hope through our events we will encourage people to shop local whenever they can, make healthier choices and of course have fun along the way!
