Dear Family Member(s):
We are rapidly approaching our long awaited, “McKenzie Family Reunion” and the time has come that we must receive your response to attend by March 28, 2012. Due too fewer responses than we anticipated, we have altered our original plans/itinerary and now our reunion will take place from Saturday, May 26 to Sunday, May 27, 2012. However, the suggested arrival time is Friday,

May 25, 2012 during the afternoon/evening because the Meet and Greet will take place during the breakfast hours on Saturday, May 26 from 7am to 10am. We have secured other local venues in Jasper County for the cook-out/picnic, Palm Key and banquet, Jasper’s Porch Lakefront. The fees for attending the “McKenzie Family Reunion” has been reduced to $100 for adults, $45 for children from 7 years old to 12 years old and FREE for children 6 years old and under. All monies are DUE BY MARCH 28, 2012 IN FULL. All balance due amounts must be via MONEY ORDERS/CASHIER CHECK ONLY

Any additional information that is relevant to the “McKenzie Family Reunion” kindly state in the “Comments” section of the form. Also, we would like to know who is interested in hosting the next “McKenzie Family Reunion”, please complete this information in the appropriate space provided and return to Barbara F Lee.
