Fantastic updates:

The Brighton Chainsword has arrived safely with it's new owner!

The 1st Canadian Chainsword is in Canada and will hopefully arrive with it's new owner soon!

and the 2nd Chainsword has left for the Depot here in the UK and will hopefully fly out in the next few days :D

Up for grabs! 3 human scale chainswords, these are all identical in size and detail, all have been sealed and primed black today.

They are all currently in the workshop drying after a 2nd coat so I'm happy to say that these are now done and ready to be shipped.

Today has been a busy day and I've had a few questions asked that I'd like to answer for you here:

Q: Are the chainswords LARP safe.

A: NO!

They are not larp safe, they are CON safe but not LARP safe. 🙂

Q: Can I reserve one?

A: Yes but only when the main sale post goes up, that's when they are sealed and primed, I won't be taking any deposits before then. Deposits are %50 of the total value of the Chainsword and that's not including postage.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes I do, at buyer's expense, I will only send outside of the UK if the parcel is Tracked, Insured for the full value and Singed on arrival.

Additional:

I usually offer a full painting service (at an extra cost) but due to other commitments coming up, this means that these chainswords will only be available sealed and primed black, this means you'll get to do the fun part, painting the chainsword!! 😃

A little behind the scenes for you guys, this is the internal structure of the chainsword and the 6 10mm pieces that I've put in are there to support the dowel that runs the entire length of the chainsword. This will be contact cemented in and the hotglue added for strength and support.

The top image: Here is what I was sent for the custom paint job on this chainsword. As you can see on the finished product I did take some creative liberties as I've mentioned before, but I feel I've stuck to the customers specific requests quite well. I really hope he's happy with this as much as I am!

Bottom Image: This is the completed chainsword with custom paint job, I'm really happy with how it's turned out, honestly the blood effects I'm most proud of! Never painted anything Ultramarines before so this is a first!
