Pegasus Creative Services' owner has been designing and building costumes and garments for over 18 years. She has a Bachelor and Master of Fine Art in Costume Design and Construction. Prices quoted in the estimates include cost of materials and estimated number of hours required to complete each project. Hourly rates range from $25 to $30 per hour based on project.
