It’s time for a break.

The month of January is definitely going to be a hard one to beat. When we returned home from our back-to-back international trips two weeks ago, I noticed I’m more distracted than ever. I bet you can guess what that distraction is…social media. 📱

I’ve been glued to it. Bored? Check IG. Need a break from work? Scroll TikTok. Sitting at a stop light? Open FB. I’m sure many of you can relate.

I work in marketing and social media so my days are already consumed with it and I’m spending 6+ hours on social media every single day.

This Lent, I decided I’m going to give up my personal social media accounts. If you see me “posting” it’s because I’m going to schedule out content ahead of time. I will be checking back in on Sunday’s, so I guess I’ll see ya then! 👋🏽
