Was so fortunate to be invited and allowed to cook for a very special young lady who just turned 11 years old.

The menu was very simple with lots of smoked chicken drum legs and my getting to be “Almost Famous Yummy Ski Fries (Kids absolutely loved them) and for the adults I smoked a small Beef Brisket to perfection (moist juicy and absolutely tender)

This was Savannah’s real surprise party, she had no clue what was taking place behind the scenes

Savannah and all her guests kids and adults has fantastic time, even brought a smile to this old Polish chef’s face.

I enjoy cooking for people, I especially love cooking for the kids, how many kids get to have their very own personal chef cook for them?

Hello my Foodie Friends, it’s been a long-time since my last post about 7 months. I do apologize, shortly afterwards I had total knee replacement surgery (my second in 4 months)

Took me off my feet, and needed to heal back, get my legs strengthened back up again. Today legs are feeling the best they have felt in several years!

I’m looking to get back cooking on a limited bases and get Meals By Chef James back on track again for my local customers and friends!

Which means I’m going to be more active working on my cooking and delivery service!

4th of July Independence Day Cookout for Fellowship Baptist Church Sunday School Class for 2021: hosted By Tom & Mary at their waterfront home.

As soon as you come to their house, the house and yard has the American Flag all through showing their Patriotic Pride for Independence Day.

Majority of Sunday School Class was able to attend.

For Appetizer’s they were served Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers and Chicken Fritters with a Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce.

Main Protein was Stuffed Apple-Cherry Bacon Bourbon Stuffed Boneless Pork Chops.

Class members also contributed with Potato Salad, Assorted Fruit Trey and delicious Black Berry Cobbler

Food was fantastic but it was the Fellowship that memories are created from.

No event is too big or to small, let me know how I can help you with your next event.
