Friends we are aware of the upcoming weather forecast. We are working to get a plan in place for inclement. Fortunately my husband is a tow driver so he doesn’t shut down for anything. 😬 however if your work is called out tomorrow that is no problem, just send me a private message ❤️

UPDATED SNOW ❄️ FORECAST! LARGEST SNOWSTORM FOR MANY IN YEARS! ‼️

A significant winter storm is forecast to begin tonight and continue through Tuesday morning. Snow is now expected to begin earlier than originally forecast, from 9pm tonight - 12am Monday in the Tri-Cities.

AMOUNTS:
Tri-Cities: 3-6", locally more possible

Areas near KY/TN/VA line, extending into parts of East TN: 4-8", locally more possible

TN mountains, far Western NC, eastern SW VA, parts of Eastern KY: 2-5", locally more possible

Further NW in KY, western NC: 1-3", locally more possible

Parts of Western NC: 0.5-1”, locally more possible

NOTE: There is some uncertainty about where the 4-8"+ band will be setup. There is a CHANCE that we may need to issue another forecast this afternoon as there is potential that this band may setup further east than currently forecasted.

PREPARE now for widespread travel impacts. Road conditions will quickly become DANGEROUS overnight & through the morning tomorrow.

Snow ratios will be higher than normal due to the arctic air in place. EVERYTHING THAT falls will stick. Still a chance for a warm nose in TN mountains, maybe further into parts of TRI, although there is some uncertainty regarding this. Could easily stay all or mostly snow.

Well that was a whirlwind! Our first week was more than I possibly anticipated and I am so thankful for you! Not without bumps of course, but those will just make next week smoother! Thank you to everyone who was so sweet and patient this afternoon! Now we’re ready to do it all over again! Next week’s menu will be released tomorrow morning at 10am.

In 2024 we are no longer trading in quality for convenience. Our Greek Chicken Grain Bowl is DELISH! Fire roasted chicken and vegetables, on a bed of flavorful couscous and topped with feta cheese! Served with a fresh cucumber and tomato salad and Greek style hummus 🤌🏼

Dear Friends...
I am humbled and blown away by the response to our first weeks menu. You guys are appreciated beyond words. I wanted to take a few minutes and answer a few questions I have received.
- What kind of diet program are you?
Simply put, it is not one. My goal is to put good, delicious food in your hands offering the convenience of fast food with fresh local ingredients, and homemade love. If a specific meal fits into a category (Low carb, gluten free, low cal...) I will include that on the menu. Some weeks every single meal may fall in the categories, and some weeks my family's favorite Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes will be on the menu. I may categorize those as DD for Damned Delicious lol.

-How do I know if you got my order?
Until I get my online ordering system set up just keep leaving your orders via facebook or in messenger. As I fill out my spreadsheets with everyones orders I will message you to confirm your order, payment & pick up info. If you have ordered and I have not messaged you by Friday, please check in.

- Can you make meals that fit into my specific dietary needs/macros/diet ?
I can, however that would fall under my personal chef services vs meal prep. Message me what you would need and I will work out a plan for you.

- When will you offer the in home dining experiences.
This is the part I am most excited about as it holds my heart! Bringing dinner parties to life for you and your friends and family! I will be releasing a detailed guide of these options mid next week. At that time we will begin taking reservations for it.

First things first! Thank you so much for the overwhelming response!! Here is the menu for next weeks meal prep orders. All orders must be in by 8pm this Thursday. Pick up and delivery will be next Monday 01/08.
All meals come fully prepared with heating instructions, making them great for a quick breakfast or lunch. At this time there is no minimum order requirement! Order just one to try, or order a week of lunches for you and your spouse, or any combination in between. When ordering please leave which meal item you would like, and the quantity of each meal.

I am still working on streamlining ordering but for now you can leave your order in the comments or message it to me and I will be back to you with your total and pick up arrangements!

It is with lots of thought and prayer, and a bundle of nerves I am excited to share my new adventure with you friends! If you would please feel free to share this with others locally as I am working to build the community for this from the ground up. I can not wait to see what 2024 brings us, and I am thrilled to kick it off with Served!
