For us as DJs, producers and music fans, Above & Beyonds Tri-State is one of our favourite and most influential albums of all time. It’s always a brave decision to take a track from one of your favourite artists and create your own version.

For All I care is one of the less trance-tinged tracks on there and is more of an indie-dance guitar infused anthem. Our version is a driving progressive trance update which has featured on some of our recent mixes. We hope we’ve done it justice and you enjoy. It’s also available as a free download 💚

Only a few days left until the b2b everyone is talking about…

We’re looking forward to sharing the booth once again with our good friend Nour for the official afterparty for the Marsh Aria show this Saturday in Manchester, in the awesome Joshua Brooks basement.

The last time we went b2b was a couple of summers ago alongside Carina Lawrence by the River Thames, in support of the awesome Spencer Brown. Our styles and track selection meshed together so well, so we can’t wait to do it again this weekend!

We’re extremely excited to announce that we’ll be playing at the official after party for Marsh’s brand new concept show Aria. We were honoured to support him at Joshua Brooks back in 2022, so to be back there supporting him again is amazing. We first met Tom at Anjunadeep Explorations back in 2019 and he is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met in the industry. To be supporting him again is incredible!

This time we’ll be going b2b again with our good friend Nour. We’ve shared the booth with Nour many times before, going b2b and handing over the decks to each other, so it’s sure to be another special one! Tickets are available for those lucky enough to have Aria tickets for New Century Hall and spaces are limited with not many tickets left, so be quick!

We had a great night last night at the inaugural Tave For Research event. We enjoyed warming the evening up before having a good old knees up ourselves, including top sets from our good mates H&D and Si Thornley, along with the legends Lange, Marcella Woods and Signum. We are hugely honoured and humbled to present another instalment of the TDP Presents mix series, from the one and only GVN. We’ve been lucky enough to see this man in action both on the dancefloor ourselves and as DJ’s sharing the booth with him. We handed over the decks to him twice in 2023 during the events supporting Ilan Bluestone and Genix and it was an absolute honour to do so. He is one of the nicest guys we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and sharing the booth with and his talent speaks for itself, so we are so happy he has put an exclusive mix together for us to share with you and it as special one!

Derry-born Producer and Supply Teacher GVN, dropped his Anjunabeats debut ‘I Don’t’ in 2021 as a serious statement of intent. First introduced to the label by anamē’s Marcus Schössow, the two would go on to collaborate on the 700th Anjunabeats release, ‘Take Me There’, which earned spins from Lane 8, Anja Schneider, Armin van Buuren, Tibasko, Kryder, Giuseppe Ottaviani and many more.

The Irish native showed no signs of slowing down in the years that followed, serving up remixes for the likes of Lange and Chakra and attracting support from BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, Danny Howard and Jaguar. Both tracks on GVN’s last Anjunabeats release, ‘Save Me / Alone’, quickly shot to the Top 10 of the Beatport Breaks Chart.

Now, GVN returns with a fresh double A -side, ‘Thinking About You’ and ‘Believer’, which straddles the line between breakbeat and trance. Expect more new music from GVN in the coming months.

We’ve already been blessed with previous incredible mixes from the super talented and and it’s no coincidence that these are all wonderful people as well as artists. STUDIO ——> DANCE FLOOR It’s feels nerve wracking playing out your own music when you’re still new to producing, still learning and wondering if it’s good enough. Will it sound good in a club? Will people like it? Will it get people dancing? Needless to say, dropping Home Alone in that wonderful Joshua Brooks basement a couple of weeks ago went down really well and it was a proper buzz seeing people vibing to it 🥹❤️

Just seen a post from a top producer who we’re huge fans of basically say they’re receiving a negative royalty balance from a record label for tracks which have actually been pretty successful. This almost makes trying to get better at producing and releasing on labels off-putting. Anyone else experienced this?

Big shout out to Volaris Music on the launch of his new label Horizn 🙌🏽 He was kind enough to send us the phenomenal Close To You, which we gave a spin in December in Manchester (Free From Sleep❤️) and it went down a storm! There’ll be more great music to come no doubt, and keep an ear out for a remix from the one and only Simon Doty soon too…
