My Journey
I am a natural competitor in bodybuilding and am very passionate about inspiring others into fitness which is why I have created this page. I started my bodybuilding journey in 2012 competing in the BNBF figure category, I achieved 1st place and Scottish Champion and an invite to the British . It was at this point I realised how much I loved being an athlete and this was only the start
of my journey. I them came 2nd in the British and got my 1st invite to the Worlds DFAC in Miami where I was placed 3rd. I was extremely happy with my placing and started planning the next part of my journey. I took the following year off to work hard on my training and make big improvements before stepping back on stage in 2014, where again I received 1st place at the Scottish and 2nd at the British with an invite to the worlds. At this point I made the decision not to go to the worlds as I felt it wasn't the right time and that I needed to take longer to work on my physique. On my return to the stage this year the decision was made to move from Miss Figure to Miss Athletic as I felt it was more suited to my personality and my physique. I placed 1st in the Scottish, 1st in the British where I received my Pro card and an invite to the DFAC worlds where I placed 1st and the title on Miss Athletic World Champion 2016. As you can imagine I was absolutely delighted
I really hope from this page I can inspire others to start or continue with their fitness journey.
