Green Smoothie
Something for the Immune.

Ingredients
- 1 Green Apple Skin on cut into chunks
- A small piece of Cellery
- 3 Leaves of Spinach
- 1/2 tsp of Fresh Ginger
- 1C Apple Juice
- 1C Ice Blocks
- 1/3 C Water

Method
- Place all ingredients in a blendar and blend until everything is blended well together.
- Put some ice in a glass and power your green Smoothie.
- Drink and enjoy
