Soft blush tones + pinks, and I’m saying out loud again that I am determined to enjoy winter for what it’s worth before pining for spring and spring colors! 🌷 🌷🌷

Blush & white florals in the hands of Delaney & her ladies caught my eye! This year will hold its fair share of very colorful events but white (and blush) will always reign as well. We will kick off our wedding season in February 2025 with some chic white florals!

It truly is hard to keep a cascade bouquet tiny when they’re full of so much beauty! This design incorporated yellows, blush, an elegant wildflower look, and was lighter than you’d think!

Wishing you feasting and abundance in every way this season!

Of course it’s extra trendy to be grateful this week, but contentment and peace truly suit all of us well all the time, wouldn’t you agree?

We’ve just finished our last wedding for the season, with just a few holiday and corporate events left for 2024! Truly thankful for a great year and our fab clients!

On the menu for us this week: sushi, turkey, salads, sweet potatoes, with a side of board games, kid craziness, cold walks outside, and family time 🤍

Bittersweet! That first frost that reminds us winter is coming in the Midwest…

2 retail arrangements that went out in the last few days! Enjoying these funky dahlias & zinnias in all their glory. Reminder that we deliver flowers locally year round, and we will still do our best to tuck in locally grown goodies, even in the winter! Link to order is in our webSHOP.

Quote from a poignant card waiting for me at the breakfast table this morning 🫶🏼 Today marks the end of “the Year of 40”, my self proclaimed year of adventuring and celebrating 40 years of life with many of the people I love! I know I didn’t get to everyone which is a sign of the quantity of amazing people I’m surrounded by. We all know that the world is not always a lovely place (sorry Lucy Maud), but I do believe that there is always joy to be found…not in a toxic positivity kind of way, but just noticing the beauty around us and appreciating the chance to give and receive grace.

So, this year I hiked, ate, imbibed, read, lifted weights, hurt my foot, healed, danced, flowered, prayed, loved, took the stairs too fast, slept in, stayed up too late, and probably only did 1/8th of the things on my list because, well, priorities!

Cheers to 41! ✨

Spring fever is upon us! This time of year I keep thinking about planting the flower garden and my fav white ball dahlias. We have so many amazing local farms to source lovely ingredients from, since admittedly my own dahlias were lackluster last year!
