Birthday #57. (Yup, holy moly!!)…grateful for all the calls and texts and love messages from near and far. Grateful for my husband Tim who planned the perfect getaway. Grateful for my amazing friends & family. Grateful for the journey, and the ability to hold space for both the joy AND the grief. Its been a year filled with heartbreak AND love❤️ and my nervous system was able to come to a more regulated space thanks to incredible mother nature. It’s easy to see each other on social media and assume that everyone’s happy and life is easy! Awareness is the key. Here’s to another trip around the sun, I vow to stay awake and continue doing the work. Big love to you ALL. Let’s work together to *really* make a difference this coming year. OM🙏🏽❤️☮️

Yoga Basics starts this eve! 4 Tuesdays in May, from 7-8:30pm PST / we have a couple of spots left for in person in Oakland California, and are also doing virtual with replays available!
Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a while, it’s always wise to go back to basics. Each session will break down the physical practice (asana), and will incorporate pranayama (breath work), meditation, as well as weaving in the 8 limbs of yoga philosophy. This class will give you the foundation that is essential for presence and awareness in our bodies as we evolve in our practice.

Incredibly grateful to have been able to take these two weeks and this magnificent country once again. I did not realize until I got here how much I needed space away from all the layers of grief experienced over the past year. I sometimes tend to minimize my own grief or experiences in order to get through them. There is a fine line where we must remember that the only way out is through. The gratitude and inspiration that this little journey provided has been Golden. Thank you Spirit🙏🏽
