Need to sign and return a PDF contract in a hurry? Here’s how!
🛑⚠️But first, SAVE this reel for easy reference anytime you need a reminder on how to edit or save a PDF from your iPhone!
1️⃣ Click the pdf file to open it in your phone directly from the email or text
2️⃣ Select the ‘share’ rectangle button with the upward arrow in the top right corner, then scroll to select ‘Markup’
3️⃣ In the top toolbar, select the ‘sign’ rectangle button with the three dots and pencil. This will turn signable areas of the contract into blue boxes.
4️⃣ Click inside any blue box to add text (i.e., initials, dates, etc.). In the signature blue box, you will be offered to “Add a signature”. You can select one you’ve already saved to your phone or draw your signature with your finger.
5️⃣ Select ‘Done’ at the top right corner and ‘Save File to” whichever area in your phone you prefer.
6️⃣ Open the drive where you saved the file and share via mail, text, link, or Airdrop (whichever is convenient for you)
And VOILA!
If you don’t have an iPhone, you can complete these same steps using the Adobe Fill & Sign or Adobe Reader app from your smart phone. You may even already have an embedded PDF reader just like iphones to follow this same process.

And even though rodeo season falls during one of our busiest seasons of the year, I’ve never missed a year…including last year having rodeo on a Wednesday, an MBA final on the Thursday, another rodeo night the Friday, and wedding on the Saturday… Voice gone, body questioning its existence, but every bit WORTH👏🏽IT👏🏽 Shopping, cowboy boots & cowhide, bbq with fried everything, buckin’ broncos, and country music - what could possibly be better?

⚠️Unpopular opinion: waiting until the last minute to check off your wedding or event ‘to-do’s DOES NOT qualify as an emergency…
…at least not for your vendors or planner! I know, I know, that sounds so unfair because you’re busy, you forget, you have other things to do than finalizing your guest list, signing contracts, finishing the inspiration Pinterest board homework, responding to emails or questionnaires for vendors, and all of those wedding things.
You work, you have a family, you want work-life-wedding balance, and you deserve rest. So, sometimes that to-do list gets put on the back burned. And that is okay!
🚫The biggg BUT: that doesn’t make that ignored to-do {or homework} list your planner or vendors’ rushed emergency.
Your planner & vendors want to provide every single thing you contracted them for to make your day absolutely incredible.
BUT, we need answers to important questions, approvals of proposals & wedding day plans, and confirmation of things we just CANNOT KNOW without you explicitly telling us, and we need those in a designated timeframe to do our jobs well and to the highest level of quality and correctness.
I promise the homework we give you is to make sure your timeless, magical day is as stress-free as possible! 💜
