The Wedding of Sharon + Chase
We have filmed weddings across the United States, from Utah to Maryland, from upstate New York to Maine, all having their own unique, distinct beauty. Yet one of the most fascinating places we’ve adventured to was right in our home state of Connecticut.
Sharon and Chase are graduates of Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. It’s where they met, where they strengthened their bond, and ultimately fell in love. So obviously it was immensely important for them to have Yale as the backdrop for their wedding film.
We spent an afternoon wandering through Yale’s most iconic structures: Sterling Memorial Library, Phelps Gate and Harkness Tower to name a few.
It was amazing being able to capture and tell their story in one of the most iconic, world-renowned, historic universities!
Melissa + Michael | Wedding Film
Before reading Michael's letter aloud, Melissa said, "I haven't even opened it and I'm going to cry... I'm just going to take a minute..." That moment was brief, powerful and completely encapsulated Melissa + Michael's day. You could feel them wanting to cling to every emotion and be present during every moment. We were in such awe to see the amount of friends and family who truly admire, love and care for Melissa + Michael. It is the perfect reflection of who they are.
We feel so lucky to have been able to work with these two and it was actually the second time we’ve “worked” together. A few years ago Joelle and I were enjoying a paint-and-sip night, which is where you drink wine and paint, pretty self-explanatory but super fun! Our instructor was none other than Melissa! We connected the dots after meeting in person and both of us saying “You look really familiar”.
It's been almost two weeks since we filmed for @joanna_fisher workshop and still can't get over this footage! So excited to finish this edit... ahhh!!!!

The Wedding of Mindy + Patrick | Millside Wedding Films
Wow, wow, wow!!! I'm not sure how else to describe Mindy + Patrick's wedding. Everything from the decor, to the food, to the the guests and obviously this couple, were amazing!
Mindy + Patrick are the perfect example of "timing is everything". They both grew up in Connecticut, only 25 miles apart, but it wasn't until they were both in college in Washington DC that they found each other. Like Patrick's dad says "That means they're soulmates".
