Lady River (RSA/QUEST)

Lady River's education in house music began on the sweaty wooden dancefloors of the late-'90s club scene in Cape Town, South Africa. Her collection of tunes has been amassed over decades of an ever-growing passion for house in all its kickass genres.

Now based in Hanoi, Vietnam, she played after Dan Buri in The Basement in October 2017, and opened the main dancefloor at Mystery Mountain 2.0 Festival that same month, and then played at Quest Festival in November 2017.

In-between all that Lady River has been back to Cape Town for a while, playing at Easter Vortex 2019, two Summer Camps and various blurry and delinquent private parties. Back in Hanoi, music lovers can get their groove on to her blissed-out beats at well-known local spots past, present and future, including Birdcage, Sidewalk, Camelia Lounge, Vibes, Dockers, The Porch, and many more.

Expect knee-bending, melodic, sexy, and sometimes sinister deep, tech and progressive journeys. With love, always.
