Dr. Mendy Neralic is a clinical psychologist with a background and interest in various traditions and approaches. She incorporates mind-body practices from traditional cognitive-behavioural psychology (CBT, ACT) and Transpersonal, Depth, and Archetypal Psychology with Somatic approaches (Hakomi, DBR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy). She blends the wisdom of spiritual and religious traditions, yoga philosophy, energy medicine, and mystical and esoteric practices, including ancestral healing, mythology, dreaming, tarot, and trance.
Mendy’s greater aim is to help each person be a more conscious, embodied, and engaged human - no longer tied to past hurts and victimhood, you live from and for yourself, but also in relationship with others and the greater community and cosmology.
