Hi, it’s Kasten Declan Ava and Benson! Tomorrow is opening day and we will open at 8:00 AM. Remember, our new location is 5873 Spruce Road! We will be out there and ready to help with all of your mum needs. One new exciting thing is… a parking lot! My dad worked the heavy machinery to make it happen and we would not have been able to do it without him. We will be there all day and close at dark—can’t wait to see you!

It’s that time of year… OPENING MUM DAY! We will open... NEXT Saturday, August 17 to the public at 8:00 AM and close at dark. Come on out and visit us at our new location, 5873 Spruce Road, Vesper. Hi it’s Kasten, Declan, Ava and Benson. We have some news! The past couple weeks we’ve been hard at work netting bi and tri color mums to ensure they can safely grow big and beautiful! Also, with opening day in a little more than two weeks, there are two new plants added to your field in addition to the mums — Asters and purple grass. These are bound to be gone quick so stay tuned to our page for opening info coming soon!

“HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE! We’re back!”
“It’s me Kasten”, “And me Declan!”
We will be quick with this post but we have a lot to say! We’ll start with our biggest problem so far this year…. WE HAD TO MOVE THE MUMS! This could be a problem but we’re hoping Mum Nation out there can still find us this fall. We moved to 5873 spruce road not only that, but we have A LOT more mums. Last year we didn’t expand the field at all and this year we are playing catchup and FINALLY after months of getting the field ready the mum field was ready just in time and the mums are all planted! Super happy about that! It was very busy but with help from family, and friends we were able to get it done. Finally we are growing and doing awesome. This next part is the important part…. TELL EVERYONE we moved, share it, like it, post it, tell your friends at work and call your family. We have tons-o-mums but I think we can do it. Looking forward to seeing everyone this fall.
WAIT! One last thing, we have FREE top secret recipe professional potting soil available to all you Mum Nation supporters out there. This year we changed our mixing process a little and have extra potting soil that my Dad just dumped in a pile. If you love our mums and need some potting soil, we have you covered. First come first serve and please be considerate of others who might want some!

ISO: Old feed/hay/silage mixer for the kids. Not the kind that mix with 4 augers or the TMR vertical style as the soil is too light. Something that mixes similar to the photos. Buying to use once a year for mixing flower soil.

We are officially into fall and these two colors are officially BEAUTIFUL! ‘Cheryl’ was a trickster for awhile and we weren’t sure she was even going to bloom but here she is, lookin’ FABULOUS! Available in Pink and Red!

🔦 Twilight Sparkle Spotlight! 🔦

Just LOOK at these beauties! If you’re a fan of pink & purple, you NEED one of these gorgeous plants. Three colors in ONE: light pink, dark pink and dark purple 😍 We loved the combination so much last year the kids doubled how many they grew this year so there’s plenty of these beauties ready and waiting to be on display on your front porch. The kids will be home most of the weekend so come on out and see them!

FREE CORNSTALKS FOR ALL! This weekend we decided to chop down the corn stalks. I grabbed the sickle and we were off! It was hard to chop all the stalks (see video in comments). I chopped the corn down by hand while my Dada laid the corn in the trailer. On the way back I had to lay on the corn stalks, it was so scary! Now the corn stalks are out by the mums and ready to go home with you. If you stop and no one is here, feel free to use the bailer twine and use 4-6 stalks. Even if you got mums earlier this year, you can still stop in for some. Thank you for everything!

DID YOU KNOW: the Kids are also selling t-shirts as a new part of their donation efforts this year?! These tees differ slightly from mums in that the Kids are not making any profit off of these HOWEVER, they *do* make enough to donate 20% to doing GOOD! How cool is that?! So, if you live out of state and can’t make it to the mum field, don’t love taking care of flowers, whatever the reason may be…you can still be a part of the good the kids are doing by purchasing a t-shirt! Good afternoon mum nation!!

This week we delivered mums and school supplies to the schools (crayons, glue sticks, hats, gloves, socks and Band-Aids). It was a lot of fun, we went to seven different schools. Across the district, the school staff ordered 109 mums! That’s a LOT (thank you to all the teachers and staff who ordered!) So we had to pack the van AND the van truck. Ava and Declan rode in the van truck with my dad and the mums and I rode with my mom and the school supplies. It took two trips and five hours to deliver all the items. With it being the 1st of September, it’s time for mums so come on out and visit! 5526 Highway 186, Vesper.

Hello, hope you had a good weekend! It is beautiful out. Something really exciting we are doing this year is giving seven youth sport organizations $71 each as a donation. We did this because we believe that playing sports gets kids involved in the community and it brings joy and friends into a lot of kid’s lives.

This Thursday we will be delivering crayons, glue sticks, hats, mittens, socks and Band-Aids to the Wisconsin Rapids elementary schools. We have almost sold half of the mums but there are a ton of pretty colors like the ones below left so come get your mums today at 5526 Highway 186, Vesper WI.

After a very rough winter of sickness for both Kasten and Declan, the time came to get rid of some tonsils today! Lucky us, we got a 2-for-1 deal 😉🙃🤣 So if you stop by the mum field in the next few days, these two will be taking it easier than usual while they heal BUT the great news is Ava and Benson are ready to help you out!

That being said, we are OPEN every single day—only a week and a half until the kids head back to school —we can’t believe how fast this summer has gone! Stop on out any day or evening and grab yourself some beautiful flowers before they’re gone 🌺

Kasten here again. This weekend we did our first mum delivery. My grandpa helped us, it took us around two hours. With my grandpa we laughed a lot and had a lot of fun. Hey it’s Kasten. Meet BENSON. Benson is the cutest kid I have ever met. He loves the mums and is always talking. He is always at least trying to help he is still a little too small to carry most mums but he gives it his all. If you stop by the mum field chances are he will be here to make you laugh and give it his all.

Yesterday we were at Milkweed Market and we sold mums. We had fun and we sold around 70 mums. We would love to see you at the mum field so stop and get some mums, we will be here all week.

Hello this is Kasten writing this post. Every one of the mums are looking good and healthy. Me, Declan, Ava and Benson have been selling mums since the 12th and have been looking forward to the season all year looking forward to seeing people.

We can’t wait to see even more people and the mums are beautiful. This year we are doing a fall decor raffle which like last year is a drawing which includes two corn bales, a mum, pumpkin and a hay bale and 3 gourds.

This year we will again be selling the mums at ODC Milkweed Market on August 18. We will have a wide variety of mums at 1191 Huntington Ave, in Rapids. The people at Milkweed Market have some pretty cool stuff and decorations too.

If you can’t make it to ODC you can order from your home on our website and we will deliver them to your home. We would still love to see you at the mum field and we will be here at the field all season.
