The New England Poetry Club presents readings by poets with ties to the New England states, and annual poetry contests, deadline for submission May 31 of each year. NEW ENGLAND POETRY CLUB was founded in 1915 by Amy Lowell, Robert Frost & Conrad Aiken. Members of the NEPC benefit from being part of a community of poets, gathering for readings by members with new books, participating in monthly wri

ting workshops, posting publication news on the NEPC website, and submitting without charge to NEPC contests. Annual dues, payable in April: $25

If this amount presents a hardship for you, we invite you to pay what you can. You may also choose to pay dues greater than $25. Members are strongly encouraged to renew membership within the month of April. Steven Ratiner, NEPC member and publisher of the weekly Red Letter Poems, is announcing the fifth annual RED LETTER LIVE! poetry event featuring poets: Danielle Legros Georges, Indran Amirthanayagam, Heather Treseler & Steven Ratiner, with a musical performance by clarinetist Todd Brunel

The event will be held on Saturday, November 9th 2024, 1-3 p.m with a reception to follow. The reading will be held at Robbins Library, Community Room, 700 Mass Ave, Arlington.
