Tropical cake for a 1 year old! One of the best cakes I’ve ever made, since it was for my grandson!

This cake included 3 different cakes with various filings! Lemon custard honey cake 🍋, chocolate with Italian merengue and vanilla sponge cake with mascarpone.

The cake was a HUGE hit and so far the most challenging, yet fun 3 layer baking creation!

I can make yours too, for holidays, wedding, baby showers, birthdays and anniversary!
