This year marked the 16th consecutive year of Voilà working with our client Sanofi during the J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference and I couldn't be more honored by our partnership and the incredible experiences that we bring forward for their Partners and Executive Leadership to foster collaboration!

From intimate luncheons on the Bay to stellar evening events atop the City, it has been a long week, but as this year comes to a close, planning now begins for next year's 45th Annual JPM!

This honor speaks volumes! Thousands of peer-nominated candidates were submitted in July to become a Meeting Professional of the Year, which were then winnowed down to the hundreds, and we are proud to announce that John R. McKinnon, our President & Founder made the final cut of 50!

After not being able to celebrate in 2020, our Insurance Services Client's Annual Incentive Trip resumed again in December of 2021 with this edition being held at the newly opened Four Seasons Napa!

This stunning property was the perfect setting for our group's adventures in the Wine Country and a great launching point for our offsite activities that included a welcome dinner at the spectacular Odette Estate Winery and a behind the scenes tour and luncheon at the venerable Silver Oak Cellars.

While it's easy to feel hopeless and that the world is crumbling underneath the weight of this pandemic, we will build ourselves up again. Not only here in San Francisco, but across the World.

When the time is right, our Golden Gates will welcome you back in person. While face to face meetings and events aren't currently possible, virtual and hybrid meetings most certainly are. Let us know if you'd like to learn more.

We know some parts of the country have opened up, but San Francisco is still unable to welcome visitors. We look forward to doing so one day soon.

Our Insurance Services Client's Annual Incentive Trip was a smashing success with this year's outing being based at the beautiful Bernardus Lodge & Spa in the Carmel Valley.

Guests enjoyed a custom wine blending experience, exploring 17-Mile Drive, spa treatments, games of croquet, relaxing around the numerous fire pits on property and some of the most incredibly curated food & beverage experiences that the Bernardus Lodge's Executive Chef created exclusively for our group. In addition to the incredible meals that they prepared for us onsite, we were also fortunate enough to have them cater our offsite dinner at Folktale Winery, which kept a consistently high experience throughout every minute of their adventure!

It was a brilliant trifecta of Wineries in Napa for our corporate client's guests that began with meeting the Winemaker from Stag's Leap Wine Cellars for a behind the scenes tour of their production facility, followed by the unique opportunity to create their own custom wine blend!

Our next stop was a private buyout of Governor Newsom & Gordon Getty's modern twist on a classic winery at Odette Estate Winery, where guests sampled the 100 point Robert Parker scored Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon while learning how it was crafted as they toured amongst the vines.

And their adventure reached a crescendo with a magical evening in the magnificent wine caves at Rutherford Hill Winery!

Curating experiences and creating memories that will last a lifetime. What an incredible day!

It's sunny and in the 90s in Palm Springs, but the great staff of the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa are keeping us well refreshed!

We've just returned from site inspections in the Gold Country of the Sierra Foothills and are so impressed with how the hospitality industry has grown and what the area has to offer, all within 2 to 3 hours from the Bay Area!

With over 100 wineries in the area, it's drawing wine tourism away from Napa/Sonoma, Carmel Valley and the Paso Robles/Santa Barbara destinations. With the addition of beautiful State & National Parks (Big Trees & Yosemite, to name but two), world class restaurants, charming small towns with great shopping, luxury lodging options and a plethora of outdoor adventure activities, you have a fantastic destination for incentive groups, small self-contained meetings and corporate retreat groups.

As 2017 draws to a close, we'd like to thank our Clients and Vendors for our best year yet! We've done a number of exceptional programs this year and our creativity has flourished with the opportunities we've been presented with.

We're looking forward to even greater things in 2018 and for the 7th year in a row, we'll start in January with our pharmaceutical clients' multiple events during the 36th Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference! We'll be producing numerous private dining functions at Waterbar, the Scarlet Huntington and for their signature event of the week, we'll be taking over the Starlight Room high atop the Sir Francis Drake!

We're honored to have been chosen to produce a VIP Celebration for a couple's Diamond Anniversary that included three generations of their large family in an ultra-luxury five day adventure in Northern California.

Highlights included private jet transportation whisking guests from around the globe to meet in San Francisco, suites at the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay for the elders and a bay-front mansion for the younger generations, six executive helicopters for transfers to the Wine Country, a fleet of 1937 Packard convertibles, a buyout of Ram's Gate Winery featuring an Iron Chef Cooking Challenge, a seven-course winemaker-hosted luncheon, a meet & greet with the winery's falconer, a thrilling fly-over and fly-under of the Golden Gate Bridge in the helis after a tour of the coast on the way back to the City, and the pinnacle of the weekend - the vow renewal ceremony commemorating their sixty years together as they were serenaded by the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus, followed by a Champagne reception and Celebrity Chef Dinner aboard F.D.R.'s "Floating White House", the USS Potomac.

Quite simply, a unique celebration that'll be treasured for eternity!
