Shame- A Self conscious emotion of humiliation or distress caused by the perception of having done wrong or being fundamentally flawed.
Shame makes you and what you did the center of your story!
The enemy and your inner me’s whole agenda is to get you stuck on yourself and stuck on your mistakes.
The world, social media, family etc will crucify you based on the mistakes you’ve made in your past…
Shame will drain your confidence.
When did you experience shame and how is it stopping you from being the best version of yourself?
Identify when you have experienced Shame and Be free from your past! Your Past Does NOT determine your future! Shame is not your name!

Well I call it Perseverance- persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success! Hello Beautiful People! This is my sister in Law Devenye and she’s due to have brain surgery soon and needs some help for before and after the procedure!

Balance.
Trying to Balance Work, Family, Life, Self-Care and other major priorities all at once can be stressful sometimes.
The best part about life is doing it with the people that will stick by your side regardless of your situation.
Have people around you with the same goals and mindset so when your down they can lift you up and when your needed, you can do the same!
As you get older your able to see who benefits from who? Most of the time the convenience of a conversation leads to a satisfaction that may only be satisfying for one internal motive. Think about it 💜🤞🏾

Bella Blu was unexpectedly attacked by a dogo argentino that we were dog sitting. . She needs immediate medical intervention so that the wound heals properly on her face. She needs reconstructive surgery as 3 muscles have been damaged. We would be eternally grateful for any contribution to help us get the attention she needs as soon as possible to prevent permanent damage to her little face. . She is a ray of sunshine, she is a principal honor roll student and a kind soul. She always excels in her studies, has her small business of making mask holders, loves to laugh, dance and sign.
