Emma appreciation post!

I don’t know what I would do without her my right hand woman l! Sister, Chief Dahlia Officer, keeper of spreadsheets, sows all our seeds, knows what I am pointing at vaguely and hands me exactly what I need when I am delirious from wedding season and can barely verbalize the names of flowers or zip ties anymore. Keeps all out dried flowers harvested and organized even though she is allergic to them….And countless other things.
She’s holding down the farm and the store at home this week so I can get away with my family and today is her birthday!
Stop by the store today and wish her happy birthday!! 12-5.
She will have luscious wrapped bouquets with local ranunculus in them.

First official three stems of the year from our farm l. Harvested yesterday Feb 18th! Poppies are definitely in my top five 🌸

Our store’s first Valentine’s Day was super sweet and so different from just our online holidays from past years. Not too wild and crazy, and I loved hearing how everyone found us! With weddings my Google presence has never been too much of a concern for me as most of my couples are finding my through referrals or just years in business. The store though really was men who googled florist near me! So thank you soo much to everyone who has left us a review and shared our stories.
I have lots of ideas for next year already!
Next up for the store Dahlia Tubers…. Mid March.

The store will be overflowing with blooms and gifts this week for Valentine’s Day. Come grab your sweetie some flowers and . We will wrap it you for you and you can add a hand painted card made by Klara and Heidi.

Colorful neutrals! This bridal bouquet featured all stems from our field. Including cafe au lait dahlias, lion’s fairy tale rose, didiscus, cosmos and zinnias from our own saved seeds!
