Bill’s Burgers brings to the streets of Brisbane succulent gourmet burgers made from only the finest quality ingredients served to you from our funked up food truck. Proudly boasting a 5 star BCC Eatsafe rating, we guarantee you nothing but deliciousness out of our newly built mobile kitchen!
Milk buns are our bun of choice (not too sweet like brioche, and the spongy texture allows the bun to better absorb the sauces and juices). We use only premium quality meats in our burgers sourced from the best suppliers around the country. Check out our Son of Bill with a 100% Wagyu beef hand pressed grilled meat patty, our Buffalo Bill loaded with 12hr hickory smoked wagyu beef brisket or a must try is Bill’s Chick made with Grade A, 100% lean chicken breast coated in a crispy golden panko crumb. Our Vegeta-Bill is packed with flavour (not always easily achieved in vego food) featuring a truffle butter grilled field mushroom. Bill’s Special sauce, which features heavily on our menu, is made (amongst other secret ingredients), with authentic handcrafted ketchup imported from Brooklyn in the US (the same place we source our pickles!). We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure your burger experience is UNBELIEVA-BILL!
