Let It Rise BBQ Faithfuls,

These have truly been challenging and reflective times. Life as we have known it has been put on hold and we at Let It Rise BBQ pray that you and your families are safe and healthy.

We have received several inquiries as to when/if we will be firing up the smokers and making our menu favorites available again. As we navigate through the COVID-19 crisis together, Let It Rise BBQ has been busy making arrangements to do just that while adhering to social distancing and sheltering mandates. While we have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our operation and the safety of our food preparation, we will be taking even more precaution in all aspects of our business. In hopes of providing reassurance, here are some things to know:
In addition to the use of hand sanitizer and gloves for all food handling, masks will also be used during food prep, cooking, and pick-up.
* All cooking tools and table surfaces will continue to be cleaned throughout our process using disinfectant and antibacterial wipes/cleaners
* During the food prep and cooking processes, we will be practicing social distancing throughout.
* We have moved to a new on-line ordering system where all orders must be pre-paid prior to ordering completion.
* At the time of pick-up, your order will be bagged upon your arrival and placed on our pick-up table where customers will drive up one at a time and pick up there pre-paid orders.

As you are already aware, meats and grocery supplies are limited, which is why we are seeking feedback from our faithful customers to gauge the amount of interest in supporting a Let It Rise BBQ Pop-up (date and menu TBD). Please help us out by responding to this post.

We look forward to hearing from you and hopefully serving you again soon. We can and will get through this if we do it together. This too shall pass.
