So their big day was filled with nostalgia and lots and lots of love.
When they first met, Connor thought Kathleen was so cool for wearing a Motion City Soundtrack sweatshirt and the two quickly bonded over their love for the same type of music. As someone who is also a big Motion City Soundtrack fan, I knew they were going to be a fun couple! Needless to say their wedding day exceeded that expectation and it was so fun seeing them celebrated by all their loved ones.

Natalie + Travis worked with Noelle to design the day of their dreams using our Design Consultation add on to their Coordination package and oh man was in fun and dang did it turn out gorgeous!This August wedding was filled with lush sage green and blushes, soft coppers, and tons of music themed elements (peep the record seating chart and concert ticket es**rt cards!!). All in all, their vision truly came to life thanks to the amazing vendors listed below!

Hi!!! Olivia here. 👋👋It's been a month + 1 day and it's still hard to put into words how special Francesca + Tim's wedding day was. They are two of the hardest working, kindest, most fun people I know, and it was an honor to plan their wedding. (It helps that the MOH and Francesca's sister is my best gal, . I planned Kadi's wedding in 2022 (hers was the last wedding before I had my daughter!) and she has remained a constant friend since, even assisting with OFW weddings on the weekends!)

Anyway, F+T got married on a warm September Saturday surrounded by their best people at the dreamy . The venue feels like an Italian villa, and the stunning summer blooms by were perfectionnnnn. 🌸🌸🌸🌸 So much more to come from this beauty!

Link in bio, and Olivia's words on this stellar couple to start you off below:"Kelsey + Michael are the type of couple you just want the best for - they are kind and a whole lot of fun, and bringing their wedding vision to life felt effortless. They got married on a foggy October afternoon at The Arbory and they leaned into bold fall colors with lush floral by Romee Willow Florals, some chic tabletop rentals and Michael’s custom plum suit by 9Tailors paired with a floral tie (!).

They had a relatively small wedding of 60 of their closest friends and family, but I remember distinctly that they were the most FUN group I’ve ever seen - the dance floor was chock full of energy (it helps that Michael and his sister are former dancers!) until the very last second. What a night.

Calling all paper lovers! 💌 We worked with the incredibly talented to design this custom stationery suite for L+B's wedding in May. I just looooove the mix of blues, the pattern (carried through from the envelope liner to the back of the menus), the monogram, and the bright blue ribbon that matched the bridesmaid dresses. Linda + Steve got married in her hometown in a small ceremony and then celebrated BIG in Chicago at the end of May. In the meantime, they went on their honeymoon to Japan and they wanted to infuse that trip into their wedding. So, Linda folded 100 paper cranes as place card holders. OFW HQ here - it is October today. Holyyyy heck. September absolutely flew by.. anyone else?! Sheesh. I guessss I can start getting excited about cozy sweaters and changing leaves and pumpkin flavored treats🍁🍁September was a glorious month (the SUN!!) and we celebrated 4 gorgeous couples across Chicago. On September 7, helped E+D get married and it was so, so joyful.

Coming up this month:
💐 5 weddings across the city starting this weekend and we'll be celebrating a couple each weekend this month!

💐 Wedding season is starting to slow down and with it comes focusing on next year's clients and a little bit of down time

💐 Team OFW kiddos are celebrating Halloween at the end of the month and as a former Halloween grinch, I am obsesseddd with these toddlers in their costumes!!

💐 We are cruising through 2025 bookings - Olivia is sold out (!) and Noelle and Kirsten have just a few spots left!

Kicking your week off with a blog of Chris + Pria's garden inspired day at Theatre on the Lake! Link in bio to read the full feature, but a little peek below of 's thoughts on this sweet couple's big day: "If there was ever a true testament to true love it is Pria and Chris. Not only are Pria + Chris high school sweethearts but they are middle school sweethearts as well! They started dating in the 7th grade and have been together for more than half of their lives. After graduating from Walter Payton Prep in the city, Pria headed to UCLA and Chris went to Vanderbilt. After college, Chris went into the Marines and Pria stayed in California to get her PhD. The two wed on a perfect crisp October day full of sunshine and blue skies.

Two months married for Lauren + Ian, and reminiscing on their day is like a dream. The love that filled the Penthouse of Morgan’s on Fulton, along with crisp white florals, Scottish traditions, and so SO many smiles, can still be felt as we move further away from July and slip into October.

It’s easy to see why people melt for this couple - they truly are the kindest, most sincerely joyful people. How lucky we are to have helped bring their day to life!
