We have been so lucky to work with some beautiful Jewish families and the ketubah ceremony always gets me. It's intimate, it's for family, and it's such a special unification ceremony before the larger ceremony.

Hello, loves – it’s Olivia! Our Noelle handles our day-to-day OFW social media (she rules), but it’s nice to pop in as the founder/owner and share a bit, too.

As a broader OFW team, we executed 44 weddings across Chicagoland, and I am incredibly proud of my
team. Thank you, Noelle, Kirsten, and Katie. You make this job and this business so easy and so, so worth it.

I’m feeling wildly nostalgic as the year comes to a close – it’s probably because I’m seeing the holiday season through my 2-year-old’s eyes (🥹🥹), but ALSO, I just had the best seventh (!!!) season with my clients. Personally, I worked with ten beautiful couples throughout the year and helped them bring their
dreams to life. We brought color, joy, and magic to every single wedding day, and I couldn’t be prouder of
my 2024 season.

When I first started my business, I got some incredible advice from a dear friend. She said, “Look back at the images from weddings you plan and see what you’re drawn to. That’s the heart of your business.” I consider her advice constantly, and as I went through images from those 10 2024 events, it’s the couples that I’m drawn to. Their joyful and sentimental faces, and how they interact with each other, their families, and their friends, is incredibly moving. To be part of that... there’s nothing better.

Cheers to a wonderful 2024 and could not be more excited for another ten 2025 couples to celebrate!!!

Kirsten here! This year has been one of the best years yet! I feel like I blinked and 2024 is gone. Although I am sad that it is over, I had the best time with our team celebrating so many beautiful moments with some amazing couples.

This year all of my weddings occurred in a 6 ½ months span and it was the best 6 ½ months of the year! From bright sunny summer days, to cozy fall evenings, each wedding has a special place in my heart. Whether it was a girl gang hyping our bride, that special first look, or the mother/son dance (boy mom over here, I cry at every mother/son dance now) each of those special moments brought tears to my eyes. I am so lucky to have the OFW team along with a fantastic network of vendors to partner with to ensure we execute our couple’s special day exactly how they dreamed it would be!

I can’t wait to start my 2025 wedding season in January this year with a wonderful winter wedding and I am looking forward to so many happy memories in the upcoming year!

Noelle here! WOW has it been a year of beautiful events, celebrating some of the most kind, lovely, and
downright FUN couples I have ever met. Spending the day with them as they started their next chapter is truly a privilege and an honor I wouldn’t trade for the world.

This year brought me to so many different places across Chicagoland, including a couple weddings in my
own town of Saint Charles, so many weddings at (a fave), and to new and familiar
spaces like , , , .arbory, , , and ! I placed a million es**rt cards
with the help of our incredible assistants, handed out many a Tums or Advil tablet (iykyk), got to ask my
favorite pre-processional question, “Wanna go get married!?” so many times, teared up at all the first dances, and got in every dang photobooth I could. Truly, how lucky are we OFW ladies to have the best jobs ever?!

I am SO looking forward to 2025, but 2024 will always have a special place in my heart. Cheers to all you
beautiful people who let me help you tie the knot this season!

Hiya – Katie here! Anyone else feel like 2024 passed by in a blink of an eye? I know I do!

This year has brought on many new and rewarding experiences for me at Olive Fine Weddings and I am
just so incredibly grateful to get to work with this wonderful team of ladies and all of our amazing couples.

While many of you may have seen me power-walking behind the scenes as a day-of assistant–carrying
bouquets, pinning bouts, fluffing dresses, perfecting placard settings and even getting to hop in to use my
floral design skills from time to time–you may not know that I also get to assist with other behind the scenes tasks here at OFW. I have the pleasure of planning our holiday get-togethers and team outings, assisting with vendor research, collaborating with our amazing lead planners to design our blogs and so much more! And on very special occasions, I get to work with couples to coordinate their wedding day–see the last few photos for two of those cute couples, Jesse + Zach from NYC this Spring and Sarah + Matt, from this Fall here in Chicago!!

I am truly baffled as to how quickly this year has come and gone, but I am SO ready for all that this
coming year has to offer and the many gorgeous weddings that will come along with it. So, bring it on
2025!

Stay cozy this holiday season and have a very happy New Year!
