Good Morning, I've been cooking since Friday, Nov 10th. Happy Thanksgiving!

Ready Set Go!

Catering Events:
*Prepping (5-7hrs)
*Grandson birthday party (4-5hrs)
*Prepping 2 events(9-12hrs)
*Lincolns Tenants TKG Dinner (3-4 hrs)
*(Same day as☝🏾)- Love Girls Women on Fire (45 mins set up) Elijah worked it
*(Same day as ☝🏾) Cooked a turkey for customer work luncheon
*(next day after 2 events)Catering lunches for a company (6hrs)
*Prepping TKG Customers (9hrs)
*Cooking (All day since 6am)
*Tomorrow (TKG Cooking)(5hrs)😇

Not to mention my regular life stuff, daughter's dance stuff, house stuff, grocery shopping, Lady V's book keeping/invoices send outs and customer conversations 🤗, my grandbaby with RSV and my daughter stressed so I stay the night, errands for her, boost her car, etc.

Then I get a call this morning my grandma is in the hospital and it don't look so good. 😕

All I gonna say is thank you Jesus for the everyday strength, blessing my business and customers, my few friends, health, and family. 🙌🏾

Lord I thank you! Glory be to God! Praise is what I do and I owe it all to you! 💃🏾 Excuse me while I dance and shout!

Don't mind me just prepping for tomorrow catering. Here is my sample fried chicken I will fried the rest tomorrow. 😋 Thank Chef Carmen Htx for telling me to leave buttermilk alone. She said, it makes your chicken dark and it does. I used two seasoning of my preference to season my chicken and BrassCuisine southern chicken fry coating.
