A trio of beef birria tacos with a side of Street corn.
Soft corn tortillas filled with smoked beef, house made guacamole, Pico de gallo, jalapeños, pickled red onion, corriander & chive garnish with a lime wedge. This is served with a birria consume.
The corn is inspired by Mexican elote street corn. Toasted and spiced mixed with chipotle mayo and jalapeños

Containing the 'famous' mac & cheese, the housemade slaw and tater tots covered in Street Box cheese sauce, and the shredded beef !
This is our first collaboration with , using thier Long Nights to braise the beef for 14 hours.
We can't decided if this is tastier than our pulled pork, I think you'll have to come and help us make that decision !

This was a newbie we had on the menu recently. Smoked cauliflower bun ! 🤤
If you haven't tried cauliflower cooked this way, you haven't lived ahhaha. Forget everything you've know about boiled, tasteless cauliflower on your Sunday roasts and try this bad boy.
Awesome alternative to try if not fancying a meat dish. The Smoked cauliflower is served with Street Box slaw, BBQ sauce, smoked cheese, tomato, picked red onion and crispy onions, all in between a tasty brioche bun. Oh my !
Dish can also be served in gluten free bun (minus the crispy onions) Don't worry, we got you!

Using our own mixture to create a BBQ rub on the 3 point chicken wings, these are then cooked in the smoker to create a mouthwatering taste. As per usual, not to be missed !

Here is the fresh pork shoulder from our local butchers , smoked low and sloooowww for 14 hours. This isn’t the ordinary, this is extraordinary !

THURSDAY: Our People Planet Pint event (bookable on Eventbrite) along with the TAP ROOM being OPEN from 5pm! We will be joined by BBQ Street Box for some epic food!
FRIDAY: The Tap Room will be open from 5pm, when we will then be joined by The MARY LOU R***E on the music and Niangs Thai Street Food the incredible Thai food!
SATURDAY: From 5pm we will be serving cold pints in the Tap Room, warming up for Non Solo Pasta. Italian Street Food! Come and enjoy their lovely Italian delights!
‼️ SUNDAY: SUNDOWNER BANK HOLIDAY EVENT! We will be open on Sunday from 5pm to enjoy the bank holiday weekend with Dark Bark Barbecue and The Sound Collective! This one will be epic! ‼️

I've said it before but I'll say it again ! Words cannot describe accurately how 'melt in your mouth' flavourful tri-tip is.
Seasoned with our own dry rub and oak smoked on the BBQ, thus is a must try
What vegetarian options do we have !?
Our pulled BBQ jackfruit is painstakingly drained, dried, pulled, lovingly seasoned, and roasted to create this extremely tasty option.
We serve our jackfruit in a bun, on cheese fries or with our mac'n'cheese. All three options are a great choice !
Although our Street Box cheese sauce isn't vegan, the fries and the bun options can be altered to go without but still be full in flavour to ensure our vegan customers don't miss out !
The jackfruit has been super popular at this past week meaning we've had to prepare double the amount for this weekend!

We've just finished our first day back at for our 2 week pop up kitchen, and have already had feedback from customers that our burgers are 'the BEST they've ever had from there by far' ! And that the Fully Loaded Box meal was 'insane '!

What's Tri-tip you ask?? Tri-tip beef is a small triangular-shaped cut taken from the hind section of the rump or the sirloin. We smoke it to keep it full of flavour ! It's then sliced thinly and served medium rare.
