Our first collaboration with @hopkettlebreweries on our beer braised shredded beef, using the Long Nights for the perfect combination. Slow cooked for over 10 hours to ensure the tastiest outcome !
We've made sure to keep the popular chipotle smash burger on and also introducing our loaded tater tots.
Not to forget our buttermilk fried wings ! The choice is endless so make sure a couple of visits are planned in !

What's Tri-tip you ask??
Tri-tip beef is a small triangular-shaped cut taken from the hind section of the rump or the sirloin. We smoke it to keep it full of flavour ! It's then sliced thinly and served medium rare.

It was our first, and arguably our best.
A smashed beef patty made with fresh beef from our local butchers, topped with smoked and American cheese, smoked bacon, gherkins and secret reciepe Street Box burger sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato and crispy onions in a brioche bun !
