A nice afternoon spent in the garden after a busy busy week..

Thanks to everyone who has placed orders recently! I’m now away until Friday - contactable to place orders but I can’t do any flowers until Saturday onwards.

I’ll be back with a bang next weekend with orders on Saturday and Tyne Bank Brewery market on Sunday 💐

I got so carried away at Dalton Hall Village Market this morning I forgot to post to tell you I was there until it had finished 🙈

I am SO EXCITED to announce the first of my floristry workshop events that will be taking place on July 12th at Dalton Village Hall (NE18).

Come along to an evening of guided creative floristry.

I will have beautiful fresh flowers, all the required materials and a wonderful wooden planter supplied by local craftsman Wood Do You Want for each of you.

You'll receive step by step guidance to create your own arrangement to take home, no experience necessary!

Spaces are limited so please get in touch to book asap, or let me know if you have any questions.

This will be the first of a series of workshops and I am also in the process of putting together some info about private / bespoke sessions.. Get in touch if you would like more info.

I took the plunge earlier this year and signed up to be part of National Florist Day.. 💜💚

I guess I still feel a bit unsure about calling myself a florist because I am new in the industry, but that’s just the good old imposter syndrome kicking in..

I’ve been doing lots of planning and decided to take advantage of this week to make a few announcements about what I have coming, so keep your eyes peeled for an announcement every day!

There’s also a couple of competitions and a fundraiser to look out for too so the chances to win flowers from me!

Lastly I would like to take the opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to all of my customers and followers for your support in my floristry journey 💐

I have epically failed at sharing pics from so far! 🫠

Just looking back at my pavilion best bits..

1. Alliums
2. Peony (I think these are ‘command performance’ variety )
3. Mixed Delphiniums
4. Trollius chinensis (golden queen)
5. Beautiful lupins - I wish mine would be so successful, not had 1 flower yet!
6. Lily ‘Anouska’ - I loooove these double lily varieties
7. Astromeria
8. Mixed Gladioli - still one of my personal faves
9. Streptocarcus - something I’m not familiar with at all, I presume really hard to grow in uk because don’t see them often. Gorgeous velvety flower.
10. David Austen ‘Ballerina’ shrub rose - I need!
