Writing a wedding speech can feel a little overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to be! Here are a few tips to help you get started and make sure you nail it on the big day:

1. Keep it personal: Share stories or moments that are meaningful to the couple and the people there. A speech that comes from the heart is always the most memorable.

2. Don’t overthink it: You don’t need to be a comedian or a poet—just speak honestly. Simple, genuine words will have the most impact.

3. Structure helps: Start with a quick introduction, share a story or two, and finish with your well wishes for the couple. Keeping a flow will help with nerves and make your speech easy to follow.

4. Practice: Even just reading it out loud a few times will help you feel more comfortable when you’re standing in front of everyone.

5. Keep it short and sweet: Around 5 minutes is usually the perfect length. Long enough to say something meaningful but short enough to keep everyone engaged!

Hey lovebirds!

I know, I know, I haven’t posted in tooooo long! But life’s been throwing some serious curveballs lately, and I wanted to fill you in.

First up, surprise! I found out I was pregnant back in May (yep, I’m going to be a mum to a baby girl! 💕). It’s been the biggest and best shock ever, but it’s definitely slowed things down for me this wedding season.

On top of that, I’ve been neck-deep in planning some fabulous weddings that I seriously can’t wait to show you. It’s been crazy busy (in the best way possible), but I’m so excited to share all the behind-the-scenes with you soon!

As for what’s next? I’ll be taking a little break while I get all big, pregnant, and have my baby girl. But don’t worry, Bon’s Wedding Club will be back better than ever! We’re re-launching and taking on new clients for wedding season at the end of 2025/start of 2026! 🎉

Oh, and even though I’m not taking on any new weddings for a while, I’ll be getting my social pages back up and running soon! So if you’re in the middle of wedding planning and need some tips or tricks, don’t be afraid to shoot me a message—I’ll do my best to help you out. You might just get a reply from me in the middle of the night while I’m up with the baby! 😅
