Leisure travel is not allowed, as per government guidelines. Guests must check with the local governments of their origin and destination for the required documents.

We are working with the IATF, as well as other national and local government authorities so we can gradually build-up our domestic flight network. Suspension of all Flight Operations due to COVID-19

ALL CEBU PACIFIC AND CEBGO FLIGHTS WILL BE CANCELLED from March 19 until April 14, 2020, in support of government regulations on COVID-19.

The Philippine government recently implemented Enhanced Community Quarantine over Luzon, and similar directives across various provinces in the country. We are ensuring the safety of our passengers and operations teams, in compliance with the stricter quarantine measures, land travel restrictions and regulations in place.

The last day of operations will be on March 18, 2020 where Cebu Pacific will operate the following flights from Manila Bangkok, Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Ho Chi Minh, Singapore, Taipei, Bali, and Jakarta. Please check the flight status through bit.ly/CEBflight-status.

Passenger options on cancelled flights due to COVID-19 are: rebooking with waived fare difference and change fee; full travel fund; and full refund. These options may be processed online via the “Manage Booking” portal in the Cebu Pacific website bit.ly/CEBmanageflight.

Those traveling between April 15-30 who no longer wish to push through with their flights may avail of rebooking with waived change fee and full travel fund with extended validity to 180 days.

Flight cancellations from March 15 to April 14, 2020

ALL Cebu Pacific DOMESTIC flights to and from Manila are CANCELLED from March 15 (Sunday) until April 14 (Tuesday), in line with the Philippine government directive for a community quarantine over Metro Manila to contain the spread of the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19).

Passengers on cancelled flights can choose from any of these options:

-Travel ahead of original schedule on flights until March 14, 2020, free of charge (subject to space availability)

-Rebook the flight, with change fees and fare difference waived.

-Store the full value of the ticket in a Travel Fund. This is valid for 180 days and can be used to book any Cebu Pacific flight within the next 12 months

-Get a full refund

Passengers on ALL Cebu Pacific flights until April 30, 2020 who wish to rebook or cancel their flights have the following options:

Free Rebooking - Change fee is waived. Fare difference may apply.

Travel Fund - Put the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund. The Travel Fund can be redeemed within 180 days and can be used for bookings as far as 12 months out

Following travel restrictions issued by the Philippine government, Cebu Pacific will cancel flights between the Philippines and South Korea from March 3 to April 30, 2020.

Passengers affected by flight cancellations may avail any of the following options:

• Rebook the flight (new flight until June 30, 2020)
• Refund the tickets in full
• Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use

Those with travel plans to and from South Korea are reminded of the following restrictions imposed by the Philippine government:
• Filipino nationals are barred from travelling to South Korea, except for Overseas Filipino Workers, students studying in South Korea, and permanent residents
• Foreign nationals who come directly from North Gyeongsang, including Daegu and Cheongdo, or have been there within 14 days immediately preceding arrival in the Philippines will not be allowed to enter the country, except permanent resident and diplomatic visa holders, as well as spouse and children of Filipino citizens

Due to ash caused by phreatic eruption of Taal Volcano, Cebu Pacific is cancelling flights arriving to and departing from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport from 7:00 pm until 11:00 pm tonight, January 12, 2020.

Passengers booked on these cancelled flights will receive a notification through the contact details they provided upon booking. They may then manage their booking through the Cebu Pacific website, https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve, with the following options:

•Rebook flights within 30 days without penalties
•Refund tickets in full
•Store the value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use.

Check for real-time status of Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights through https://www.cebupacificair.com/Pages/flight-status. We will also post announcements on the Cebu Pacific website as well as our official Facebook (Facebook.com/cebupacificair) and Twitter (), as necessary.

We urge passengers on flights that have already been cancelled to check for updates through the contact details provided, and refrain from proceeding to the airport.

We appeal for patience and understanding as we manage flights amidst these conditions. The safety of all is our foremost priority.
