Suspension of all Flight Operations due to COVID-19

ALL CEBU PACIFIC AND CEBGO FLIGHTS WILL BE CANCELLED from March 19 until April 14, 2020, in support of government regulations on COVID-19.

The Philippine government recently implemented Enhanced Community Quarantine over Luzon, and similar directives across various provinces in the country. We are ensuring the safety of our passengers and operations teams, in compliance with the stricter quarantine measures, land travel restrictions and regulations in place.

The last day of operations will be on March 18, 2020 where Cebu Pacific will operate the following flights from Manila Bangkok, Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Ho Chi Minh, Singapore, Taipei, Bali, and Jakarta. Please check the flight status through bit.ly/CEBflight-status.

Passenger options on cancelled flights due to COVID-19 are: rebooking with waived fare difference and change fee; full travel fund; and full refund. These options may be processed online via the “Manage Booking” portal in the Cebu Pacific website bit.ly/CEBmanageflight.

Those traveling between April 15-30 who no longer wish to push through with their flights may avail of rebooking with waived change fee and full travel fund with extended validity to 180 days.

Following the aftermath of Typhoon Tisoy (Kammuri), the following Cebgo flights scheduled for tomorrow, December 4, are cancelled:

Manila-Naga-Manila DG 6111/DG 6112

All Cebu Pacific and Cebgo flights to and from Legazpi scheduled for tomorrow, December 4, were also cancelled, pending assessment of the situation at the Legazpi airport, which sustained damage caused by the typhoon.

All affected passengers are being notified through the contact details provided upon booking. They may avail of any of the following options:
• Rebook flights within 30 days without penalties
• Refund tickets in full
• Store value of the ticket in a Travel Fund for future use

These options can be selected by affected passengers through the Manage Booking portal in the Cebu Pacific website, https://book.cebupacificair.com/Manage/Retrieve/

Meanwhile, Cebu Pacific will resume flights this evening to and from in Manila following the opening of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The airport was opened ahead of the initial 11:00pm scheduled re-opening, as weather conditions improved faster than initially forecasted.

Some flights will be retimed, as we bring back aircraft evacuated from Manila and try to fly out as many affected passengers as soon as possible. The pre-emptive closure of the airport and flight cancellations announced ahead of time enabled us to coordinate with the authorities to manage affected passengers and plan recovery flights. We strongly urge passengers to refrain from going to the airport unless they have confirmed flight schedules.
