The Valhalla Games are coming to the Arkansas Viking Festival locationed in beautiful Hot Springs Arkansas! The Valhalla Games are open for both men and women of all ages and are patterned after games or activities the Norse used in the days of Ole! Below is a listing of games. First event- 16lb shot put for distance 3 attempts best distance wins.

Second event- 100lb sandbag Steintossen 3 attempts best distance wins.

3rd event- 150lb Husafell dash fastest time wins.

Can someone recommend a chiropractor ? I’ve called several and they haven’t called me back yet. I’d like for the person to be near me around Malvern in the national Park Hospital area. And how to change/ delete this vintage memory name .🤪
