Grân Fǔ Sark Catering Bespoke catering for weddings; corporate functions; private parties etc., on Sark, Channel Islands. Our dining is an experience not to be missed on Sark.

'Grân Fǔ Sark Catering' is originated and managed by Phil Long, a Sark local, already established as a popular private caterer, and Bram Smit, who ran Hathaway's Restaurant for the past two years. We cater for private parties & dinners; weddings and corporate functions, and create our own pop-up events. We have in mind some beautiful locations on Sark, where we will provide a unique dining experie

nce, which can be specifically catered to an individual group's needs, served under a marquee, if necessary, to protect from sun or rain. We serve fresh tasty dishes; ingredients sourced locally as much as possible.

Hi everyone! 👋 Just wanted to share that Pip and Bram are super excited for the upcoming season! 🎉 We'll be posting our next pop-up dates soon, so stay tuned.

Last year was an amazing first season, and we want to thank everyone who came out and showed support – you made it special! 🙏 If you missed out last year, whether due to being fully booked or any other reason, don't worry – we hope to see you this season. Grân Fǔ's first 2 pop-up dining events, last weekend at the Clos a Jaon pavilion, were a great success. Everybody was excited to experience something unique on Sark, and there was a vibrant atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautiful.
