French Onion Spatchcock. You spatchcock seasoned chicken, and then once you sear the skin, you build the French onion soup flavors in the skillet with onions and stock and butter. And then add the chicken, tent it with foil and braise it for at least 40 mins covered. Then blast it with the broiler for a few mins. And boom.
You get a spatchcock chicken smothered in caramelized onions and with a French oniony sauce that you can make a gravy out of.

What’s the best order for a burger? For this one, I did burger sauce on both pieces of TOASTED BUNS, lettuce on the bottom, then the patty(s), then tomato, pickle, caramelized onions and top bun.
What’s your go-to order for a dank burger? Also this one def gave me Krabby Patty vibes.

Tequila, lime juice, OJ, crushed cherries and black cherry seltzer. SO AMAZING.
The tequila itself is incredible! Additive free, made an an 86-year old distillery. It’s smooth enough to have alone on ice!

Okay so I really really really want to write an entire mini recipe e book on “Ramen Hacks for the Hangry”.
With a pack of dried noodles, basic fridge and pantry items and a damn bowl, I now have SO many recipes for enhancing and elevating inexpensive ramen like this.
I think one big misconception with chefs and cooks is that they always eat well. Let me tell you first hand, absolutely fu***ng not.
I don’t want people thinking that they aren’t able to make an amazing creation because they don’t have expensive ingredients. Nothing could be further from the truth or reality. There’s an old saying “it’s not the size it’s how you use it” and I know there’s probably hundreds of my followers going “HELL YES BRÜTHËR”, but there is truth in that concept itself (to a point)
You can have something very unassuming, simple even. Considered to be lower tier, and you can easily have it give you more pleasure than you ever before knew….
This is taking a very steep dive off a cliff so let me stop now.
