Hey all, I'd just like to introduce myself as one of the newest members of the team here at Patagonia Welsh Roots.
My name's Erica, and I've recently come on board here as Front of House Manager.
I've had the pleasure of meeting lots of regulars at the restaurant already, and am loving the fact we also have so many visitors to the area choosing to dine with us - it means no two days are the same and I'm all for that.
I'll be introducing the rest of our lovely lot in the next few weeks, I'm very lucky to have joined a great, professional bunch who've really helped me find my feet and who, like me, enjoy their job, love meeting new people and place great emphasis on having a laugh along the way.
We'll shortly be launching our new Summer '24 menu, and are trialling some really special dishes on our Specials Board every week now, so do pop in and give us your verdict before we go to print!
So that's me! If I've met you already, I look forward to meeting you again soon, and if I haven't met you yet, you really need to book a table and come say hello!
