Hey all, I'd just like to introduce myself as one of the newest members of the team here at Patagonia Welsh Roots.
My name's Erica, and I've recently come on board here as Front of House Manager.
I've had the pleasure of meeting lots of regulars at the restaurant already, and am loving the fact we also have so many visitors to the area choosing to dine with us - it means no two days are the same and I'm all for that.
I'll be introducing the rest of our lovely lot in the next few weeks, I'm very lucky to have joined a great, professional bunch who've really helped me find my feet and who, like me, enjoy their job, love meeting new people and place great emphasis on having a laugh along the way.
We'll shortly be launching our new Summer '24 menu, and are trialling some really special dishes on our Specials Board every week now, so do pop in and give us your verdict before we go to print!
So that's me! If I've met you already, I look forward to meeting you again soon, and if I haven't met you yet, you really need to book a table and come say hello!

Hi everyone, happy blustery Sunday😊
Due to a busy night last night, we'll be closed today as it's a bit daft for me to go re-stocking when we've only one day to go!

Well here we are again, another year gone, another new beginning literally on the horizon.
Thanks as ever to all our lovely customers for your support this year, and an even bigger thanks to all of my amazing team without whom none of what we do would be possible.
There'll be some changes to the Ericatessen this year as we figure out how to move forward in difficult times. But rest assured I'll keep you posted along the way, and the best is always yet to come.

Team work makes dream work this Christmas! Our wonderful RSVP Mostyn volunteers gathered together for a delicious festive lunch. We were thrilled to have Phill from County Council Development Team join us.

A special thanks to The Ericatessen for preparing such a fabulous meal and giving us the warmest welcome! We also want to extend a huge thank you to our amazing volunteers, who are doing so much for their community all year round. Let's spread some festive cheer!
