We’ll supply you with everything you need to make the perfect drink. Our talented Entertainers/Instructors will educate and guide you through the different kind of cocktails you’re learning how to make. In our relaxed

and fun environment, you’ll be a professional Gustologist in no time! Join us for girls’ night out, date night, or just a fun night out with friends. At the end of the class we’ll send you home with a parting gift to continue your Gustologist skills. We service the Texas area (San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas, and Corpus Christi). Terms of Service:

​Return Policy
All reservations and payments made online, in store, via phone or through email are non-refundable. In addition, we require a 48 hour notice for cancellation of a reservation. At the time of the cancellation, a new reservation can be made, or a store credit may be issued. Gift certificates are non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for any cash value. Private Event
Private or virtual event/party fees or deposits are non-refundable. We require 10 days notice to reschedule private parties. If cancellation occurs within the 10 days, the customer will lose the fee/deposit. Guest count must be accurate prior to event, as you will be charged for the contracted amount of people. All private parties may have an additional 20 percent gratuity added to the grand total. The size of your party will determine the hour or hours your event will last. Additional/late time will be charged at fifty dollars per half hour. 3% service charge is added on all booked events. Mobile events require the customer to provide tables, chairs (if needed), and a trash receptacle. Age Requirements
Gustology offers a fun night out for adults, we maintains an adult atmosphere during public or private classes where alcohol may be consumed. For this reason, no one under the age of 21 will be able to participate. Texas law maintains that a person must be 21 and up to consume alcohol.

*Gustology is not a bar. All alcohol is complimentary and used for instructional purposes only. We do not sell any type of alcohol. This is not a bartending school, nor any other accredited/licensed educational institute. We provide classes for entertainment purposes only.

Happy National Margarita Day! Recipes, Infusion, and our go to place

Natural Margarita Recipe
- 2 oz of Z Blanco Tequila
- 1 oz of Stirrings Triple Sec (Cointreau works as well)
- 3/4 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice (Dont cheat and buy some concentrate stuff)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
- ½ oz of agave nectar (optional)
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake you heart away! Pour into rocks glass with ice and all. Garnish with a lime twist. Viola, you’ve made yourself a rita!

Watermelon Rita
- 2 oz of Reposado Tequila
- 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- Bar spoon or 1/4 oz Agave Nectar
- Fresh Watermelon
- Pinch of sea salt
Add 6-8 chunks of watermelon to your mixing cup, add the agave nectar, sea salt, and muddle. Add ice halfway in mixing cup and shake vigorously for 15 secs. Strain into a lowball glass filled with ice. Tajin chili salt or sea salt the rim of the glass. Salud!

Mango Piscorita
- 2 oz of Pisco (Or Reposado Tequila)
- 1/2 oz of Orange Liqueur
- 1/2 oz of Fresh squeeze lime juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 small mango
- Pinch of sea salt
Peel and dice mango. Add mango, salt, and simple to mixing cup and muddle. Add ice and rest of ingredients.
Shake and strain into lowball glass filled with ice. Rim glass with chili salt. Salud!

Blueberry Rita
- 2 oz of Reposado Tequila
- 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries
Add blueberries and syrup to shaker and muddle. Add the rest of ingredients with ice. Shake your money maker for 15 seconds vigorously. Strain over ice. Salud!
