It’s me! Hi!
I guess there is no better day than my birthday to reintroduce myself!

Hi! I’m Amanda, owner of Mason James Designs and mother of three crazy, beautiful children (6, 4 and 2 years old).

It’s been such a wild year and I am full of emotions today. I am so grateful for the vendors (friendors) who have helped me and my business grow this year. Our customers who continue to trust us and our work, my family and friends who have made so many sacrifices and helped with our kiddos while we have been working events, and of course my husband, Alex, who does so much behind the scenes to make all of the designs exceed our customer’s expectations.

This year we reintroduced our event displays and focused mostly on weddings and events! It has been incredible and we have learned so much! We are going to spend the remaining of the year getting ready for 2024 and bringing some more exciting things to you! We can’t wait! Stay with the us, and let us know what you would love to see!

Our client came to us with a vision—
a framed rectangular backdrop, specific paint colors, and 100+ black and white photos.
Although we had some set backs during install (the heat was not in our favor), we made it work and we absolutely loved the outcome!

Four years ago I decided to start my own little company making signage for more than just myself and more than just a hobby.
Still working full-time, raising my first baby and taking on a new adventure! Alex was scroll sawing cutout letters, I was cutting vinyl, painting and staining.

Four years later and we have met some incredible vendors and clients who have helped make a dream become a reality. I was able to leave my full-time job last year to solely focus on my business and my three crazy, beautiful children. Life could not be better. We now have two machines, a full garage workshop and we have even expanded to events over at
We have so much more to come this year too! Yea

I write this to thank you all for your support. The guidance that other sign makers and this community has given me is truly a gift. I thank my husband for listening to my crazy ideas and for all of my last minute/late night projects.

Believe in yourself and follow your dreams! This community is incredible!
