Outcome of the natural cross between the Liberty and Gala, Modì® is the
“nature-friendly” apple. Thanks to its rustic tree with an innate resistance to the main pathogens and the early crop, Modì® apple production has a positive impact on the environment and generates a relevant saving of most
important inputs (as water and energy). Its original name is inspired from the
artist Amedeo Modigliani,

Its carbon monoxide emissions are equal to 0.028 kg of CO2 per kg produced in a fruit orchard, with a reduction of up to 49% of greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere compared to other benchmark apples under the same conditions as Modì®. Modì® international system
