With many outdoor weddings happening, consider creating es**rt signs instead of es**rt cards. Many times with outdoor events, even the smallest breeze can destroy a perfectly lined up table of beautiful cards. We LOVE using signs instead, especially ones like these created by as this venue tens to get very windy, and these babies didn't budge. The boards were all in the color scheme of the wedding and made a wonderful addition to the entire design. 📸

As many other couples have had to endure, our August couple had to postpone their large celebration to next year, but were able to still get married earlier this month and the images from are breathtaking. We are so excited to continue planning for their larger celebration that will take place on this same gorgeous private ranch. Congratulations S+T!

One of my favorite ways to decorate a ceremony space is to line the back of the chairs with florals, plants or a garland. Keeping the aisle clean and clear to avoid any tripping or knocking over is key. Plus it typically becomes too narrow and looks awkward. Make sure to repurpose these on tables or as we did with this wedding, in front of the band stage 👌.

When it is this hot, it always reminds us of this wedding three years ago that was in the low 100's. Thankfully we had these beautiful canopies that protected guests from the hot sun and also allowed us to achieve hanging installs. It made for a great backdrop against the courtyard at St. Vincent's. Was such a gorgeous day even with the heat!

A year ago we were producing this gorgeous wedding in Carmel Valley. One day we will be back and we honestly cannot wait!

This ceremony location takes place in a somewhat public area of the hotel, so creating a more private environment was key. We looked at so many different options and ended up with this double drape effect eith hanging vines which was the definite winner!

One year ago we celebrated 15 years in business and it was truly such a fun night! The weather was perfect, the food and drinks amazing, and the company to celebrate with us was incredible. What an amazing note to end our incredible 2019 wedding season on! We are currently in hibernation but also preparing for all our 2020 weddings and events. Next one in less than two weeks . Can't wait!
