brings years of experience in sustainable living, community-based farming, and yoga. We’re happy to be hosting this during rainy season, which happens to be one of the best times to plan or improve your own permaculture system and go inwards to reflect & regroup.

If you’re curious about growing food, want to move your body gently, or just want to spend your Saturday learning something useful we’ve got space for you. But, as always, space is limited!

Aloha, Arusha community! ☀️🌺

As an extension of our Balance Blueprint retreat, we are offering a community day retreat this Sunday from 1PM - 5PM just before diving the holiday festivities.

Our wellness practitioner Sosa, from Kaua’i, Hawaii will be leading our Soul Sunday event with yoga, meditation, and sound healing. We’ll also indulge in some yummy bites from — connecting over nutritious food, reflections, and healing practices.
