🦏 Mkomazi: Home of the Black Rhino 🦏

One of our highlights of The Hideaway retreat is the opportunity to visit the Black Rhino Sanctuary 🌿🌍

Here’s the backstory: In the 1980s, unregulated hunting and poaching led to the decline of this precious ecosystem, and the black rhino vanished from Mkomazi. But today, thanks to tireless efforts, the Mkomazi Rhino Sanctuary was born, and the black rhino has made a remarkable comeback. 🌟

Rhino viewing here is a unique opportunity to witness the beauty and importance of this highly endangered species up close.
