Haidy Khaled Abdelmaksoud,
Faculty of Mass communication,
Misr University of Science and Technology,
Born in Cairo Governorate.

Its beginning falls into three stages
Her first start was in the first year of college, where she participated in organizing the Cairo ICT exhibition affiliated with the university. She also participated in the conferences of the Minister of Transport, and from here her love for the idea of ​​organization began, and then she began going to exhibitions in order to benefit from them.

The second beginning was in the third year of college, where she moved away from college and went to training and met people. The first training was free, and then to other high-level training, and she attended events and organization.

The third beginning was in the fourth year of college, where she attended photography workshops by “Mohamed Khaled” in college.

She made a page on Instagram in the month of 12 last year, where she began uploading the things she photographed.

> She was able to be a leader of the organization and a project official in the Al-Resala Society’s Big Brother activity.

> OR coordination in Yly project, a volunteer from the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

> She took Bd training at Eventocity ,she also used to attend their events

> she took PUBLIC SPEAKING in The Egyptian Board Academy company and now she's taking a PR training

> Among these things, she loves photography, where she created a page.

•She wishes to work in organization and public
relations And people come forward on stage.
•She seeks to be famous among the people and photographers who photograph real places, events, conferences and exhibitions.

The obstacles that HAIDY went through were:
It is the words of some people about increasing her efforts without a monetary factor, but she did not listen to them and began to complete her development in herself.

Her advice to young people was:
Don't listen to anyone because you are your own boss and it is normal for you to fail in the beginning
But don't give up, try again.

And in the end she says
What our Lord wants will happen, and our Lord will not forget anyone, because striving is upon us and success is from our Lord.

كل بداياتنا واحدة، لكن نقاط الوصول مختلفة✨
أكيد عدا عليك أوقات كتير كان فيها ناس في نفس مستواك المهني، لكن في لحظة هما اتطوروا لدرجة بقا بينك وبينهم سنين من الكفاءة والأداء والمهارة.

تفتكر ليه؟🤔
انا عارف ان أول حاجه جت في بالك هي الواسطة أو الحظ مثلا، لكن للأسف حابب أقولك ان في أدوات تانية ليها تأثير أكبر بكتير ممكن تصنع الفرق ده

أدوات زي الكوتشينج والتوجيه بشكل مستمر، وزي دايرة العلاقات اللي بتكبر كل يوم مع ناس جديد في نفس المجال، والأهم العلاقات القوية مع خبراء المجال
دي عوامل ممكن تختصر على كل واحد فينا سنين في مسيرته المهنية، وتوصله لمكان مكانش هيوصله غير بعد سنين تعب وشغل.

ومن هنا جت فكرة CareerValley، مكان واحد وبإشتراك واحد هيجمعلك بين الـ Coaching والـ training والـ Mentoring والـ Consulting، ومجتمع يجمع بينك وبين الناس اللي عندها نفس اهتماماتك، والأهم دايرة علاقات بتكبر كل يوم مع خبراء مجالك.
